It's a slightly bigger update today! We've got a new gamemode now in beta!
Addition: SHAKEDOWN Now Available
Our new Shakedown mode has entered beta, but should be functional and ready to play! We've set up 5 courses for players to compete for the top time alongside their friends. Give it a shot and let us know what you think! Eventually we plan to add the ability for players to make their own Shakedown levels, so let us know what you want to see added into our level editor.
Revision: Hitboxes + Collision
The bigger change in today's update comes from a lot of behind the scenes work to modernize our approach to collisions. We expect this to be anywhere from inconsequential and beneficial, though there is a high chance that bugs will come up from a result of these changes. However, the benefits include smoother movement for characters, better bullet collisions for some characters like Tay and Erika, and better options for us as developers when we design rooms.
We'll be watching the usual channels. Until next time!

SUPER CIRCUIT BREAKERS v1.02
Hello Breakers,
This update is pretty small, but we expect some bigger ones this weekend.
Addition: Steam Screenshot Functionality
You can now use your Steam screenshot button (default F12) to take pictures inside SUPER CIRCUIT BREAKERS. These are saved to your %localappdata%\SUPER_CIRCUIT_BREAKERS folder and are about 350KB each. To go along with this we also now have...
Addition: Toggle UI in the Options Menu
The ability to toggle the in-game UI in the Options menu has been added, this is great for when you want to take screenshots (All of our store page screenshots are captured with the UI off) or if you want to give yourself an added challenge.
That's it for today. We're also looking for a bug related to the "RANDOM" character on the character select screen. If you figure out a problem, let us know so we can kill that bug.

SUPER CIRCUIT BREAKERS v1.01
Hello Breakers,
This is the first of many patches to come for SUPER CIRCUIT BREAKERS. Typically we'll only cover the more intricate details of updates in these kinds of posts as we now have an in-game menu with the latest patch notes.
Revision: Initials entry on the character select screen
We've revised the initials entry on the character select screen to use the larger font instead of the tiny font. The result is a much easier to read initials entry screen that is functionally the same. We'll be looking to see if this process can be improved further, but generally we're pretty pleased with the character select process.
Crash Fix: Skin Creator
An error caused by not having some already existing folder data was crashing the game whenever the Skin Creator tool was selected from the Workshop menu. This has been fixed.
Addition: Native mouse cursors
The Gamemaker 1.4 implementation of cursors has a slight bit of lag, so we've implemented hardware support for direct access to mouse input to circumvent this issue. This is experimental, but generally we see better results with zero downsides. If you run into any issues, please contact us.
That's it for today. Stay tuned for more news in the future.
