-Chess Engine AI got improved, it's better at end games and better at finding clever tactics. Also strategically more adept. Example FEN strings of new positions it could solve (you can for example use lichess site here: https://lichess.org/analysis and copy paste the fen strings to see the correct moves for the chess puzzles:

-Also fixed graphical glitches in the menu sliders, they were stretching inappropriately when selecting values

- TLDR: Chess Engine AI got upgraded (around 200 rating points): The new lvl 8 is approximately as strong as old lvl 10. Now the strongest Chess AI is around ELO level 2200.
Super X Chess patch 2023
- Made the AI think at lvl 10 for a bit longer, thus being able to spot a bit more
- Made the AI more likely to start the game without combining every move
- Made the AI less likely to sacrifice pawns at the start of the game
- Fixed the issue where the game thought it's draw because of insufficient material if the other player has only KnightPawn piece left

Small update
Fixed check detection when there's multiple rook+rook or bishop+bishop pieces. So now the game should work in these situations more reliably.

Bug Fixes to Super X Chess
1. Fixed a visual problems with En passant when observing a played game.
2. English grammar corrections to the tutorials, thanks to TraDukTer for a big help here.
3. Leaving a game in progress against the AI and then returning will not set the AI to 700 level anymore.
4. Made the shortcut icon much better, the old one was pretty bad as for some reason it wasn't very sharp. Now the icon is sharp and nice.
5. Updated Mac and Linux builds to 64-bit.
Also, Mlyst Corporation is progressing quite well with the new game, I would estimate that it will get launched during the next 1 or 2 months. So the new game takes some heavy inspiration from Super Hexagon and includes cool features to this type of games. But I will tell later more what those features are. This is not yet the proper trailer video, but more of a sneak peek for those who are interested.

Looking for player feedback!
It's a novel, creative and intellectually stimulating new kind of chess game. It might not look as juicy and tasty as some other games with flashing lights and fancy marketing materials, but this game is actually better for you. This game is like avocado, blueberries and other healthy foods, while most games out there are like chocolate bars with 50% sugar and 20% saturated fat and eating that stuff is just killing you slowly, even if it tastes better for a while.
You can choose to take the easy way out and resist getting influenced by me or you can choose to hear me out, because you know it's good for you.
