Behavior
- Internet user % will go drop to 0 only if the budget in telecom is at 0.
- Personal Taxes change the support in a range of [-42.5%, 7.5%]. The Government approval starting values are modified between -9.5% and 5% depending on the country.
- Raising tax use cooldown and maxstep indicated in the action it uses.
- Some iterations weren't running causing variables to get stuck (mainly economic ones)
- InternationnalCommerce: fixed displays of new private import/export

UI
- fixed legend for trading resources
- fixed a bug if there was only one positive country it would appear as negative on the thematic map

- Fixed top 10 thematic map that would be empty after either loading a game or returning to main menu

we are happy to provide you with a fresh new update today, including new features, thematic maps, AI behavior improvements and multiple bugfixes, with a strong focus on the economic sector.

- Occupy country action like in SP2 - for land units, will disperse to occupy all empty connected regions to the current region of the unit
- New thematic maps to show economic sector trades and needs/surplus
- Countries with low stability will see periodic economic strikes
- Countries with very low stability will potentially have popular revolutions that topple the government
- secret service actions that messes with stability works with the population towards that goal

Behavior
- Tweaked crops management equations

Hello everyone! After a safe beta-testing period (thanks to everyone who participated and provided us with great feedback), we are happy to introduce our Economy update!

- Added inflation and Prime Interest Rate
- Displays monetary income from sector private taxes
- Added unemployment for the sector alongside the national unemployment
- Modified economic sector needs equations - into account unemployment
- Connected inflation and Prime Interest Rates
- AI invests in budget sector only if the economic balance is positive. Follow the continent average with a tolerance of +- 25%

- No more flashing Battle areas
- Prevents units from being added more than once in neutral mode

Optimizations
- Fixes on memory leaks caused by dynamic UI elements
- Cleanup in UE UI code. This should see fewer memory leaks, and better performance. Further cleanup in upcoming builds

Behavior
- Beta - new UI representation of paths, based on unit types
- Coups will now lower government stability and approval. If government approval is low (<25% )when mission finishes, the government is overthrown
- Added the concept of neutral units to war zone.
- Neutral units wont be able to attack or be attacked if in peace with both parties. However they can still be hit but area of effect damage if they are close enough. They are free to leave the war zone whenever they feel like it.
- Declaring war to a country while being a neutral unit in a war zone will make them join the fight and start shooting.
- Declaring peace with a country will make your unit neutral if you aren't in war with any of the party involved in a fight. War zone will also be dissolved if a side is no longer at war.

UI
- Continued adding decimals in UI
- Changed the Popup that appears when a player connects or disconnects the game. It now shows information in it
- Modified DoctorDensity and HospitalBedsDensity to be represented / 1000 people
- Added text to Annexation popup
- Multiplayer game list: identify the games where the player is banned

Art
- More props in world (Nessie, Eiffel tower, Great wall of China, Machu Picchu...)

- Emigration Rate is impacted by the percent of population(social group) illegal. e.g.: 100% of the population illegal modifies the Emigration Rate by 11.11%
- Close Emigration modifies the Emigration Rate to 0%
- Being the target of a nuke temporary increase the Emigration Rate. A jump of 15% who will exponentially decrease during 5 years. Receiving nukes from multiple countries will raise the Emigration Rate to a maximum of 25%
