- Changed the way the beam works (now you eliminate it with both fire buttons at once instead of clicking the first, and it starts instantly scanning when you hold the first fire button)

- Made enemy-smacking sound much louder so it feels more satisfying to beat them up
- Changed the look of volcano signs

- Fixed "go to the blue king" quest triggering after loading the game no matter what the actual quest was
- Added fallback solution for getting stuck in the blue ville front yard after loading the game
- Improvements to the red town sewers (plus an additional door that cannot be used yet)

- Fixed many NPCs failing to point a certain direction (due to prior optimisation work) (does not fix old savegames)

Update 1.7.9b

- Fixed bug when pulling objects to each other with the beam; objects were flying in the wrong direction.
- Small puzzle improvements in several places for easier handling and added a few subtle hints
- Fixed out of bounds situations in many places. My recent optimisation removed a lot of slippery angles from rocks and cliffs, so you could climb out of the world. That should all be fixed now.
- Fixed blue steel bars at endboss blocking translocator ball (also unintended side effect of my optimisation)
- Fixed being able to walk on air at the lift-block puzzle before the chapel
- Fixed several meshes being inverted (side effect of optimisation)
- Fixed quest text not changing after getting first MacGuffin
- Improved Serbian translation
- Small improvements

Supraland 2 funded + DLC info

Funded!

After the kickstarter for Supraland 1 failed miserably and unnoticed in early 2018, I am so glad that now so many people could get excited for a sequel!

Thanks to all of you, Supraland 2 will definitely come and be much more refined than part 1.

I am also very glad to have gained so many 55€-tier backers. We will have a lot of fun testing the DLC and the game with you from the earliest incomplete build until launch day.

Don't be too worried about missed stretch goals. We are probably able to pay for these with with money from sales.

I am still looking for talented people to work with. If you think you are experienced and skilled enough to design levels and puzzles for Supraland 2, don't hesitate to show me your stuff to get me excited to hire you! Work on the DLC

Right now I'm working with Alex Shedlock, the new narrative designer, on the DLC. It's a good testrun for both of us before we tackle the big new game. Me being used to work all alone I need to figure out how to work on this with others. Because, if done wrong, it can constraint my creativity, but it's looking good so far! The DLC will be for advanced Supraland-Players. The puzzles will be tougher right from the start and not much tutorialising will be going on.

This was unclear to some: the DLC will be a separate singleplayer campaign that you can select in the main menu. It's not an addition to the original campaign. So you don't need a certain status in the main game to be able to play it.

I'm particularly interested in Modelers & Animators to create characters and animate them.

I would also love to recruit Level & Puzzle Designers. I would like to give the building tools into capable hands so we could release more fresh content on a regular basis.

- Improvements for endboss (its default color is less saturated to avoid confusion; the color pipe is lower so you cannot reach the ring from it)
- Repositioned last golden barrel slightly so it won't fall through the ground sometimes

- Teleports you back to your home if you glitch over the cliff between Redtown and the Supraball pitch so you cannot screw up the progression
