Inspired by this year's most talked about political event, we invite you to cast your vote in our FREE update for Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition on Steam. Make your choice, Donald Trump: stone-hearted villain, or gold-hearted hero?
‘Inside Donald Trump’ allows you to step into the hands of a master surgeon, dedicated to saving Mr Trump’s life by replacing his ailing heart - but will you replace it with a heart of gold, or a heart of stone? THE CHOICE IS YOURS! There are lots of new professional-grade medical tools to help you with your surgery; you can ease Donald's medicated sleep using Trump Vodka, gently caress him with a meaty Trump Steak or loosen his organs with the Trump Tower, plus a few other Trump-related surprises (some of them involving hands).
The live vote of how many of you have chosen to award Donald a heart of gold vs a heart of stone will be tracked via the nifty swingometer, RIGHT HERE ON THE WEBSITE , just like in a real election.

Bug Fixes - round 1
Hey there, VR surgeons.
We’ve just updated the experience with a few little bug fixes that we discovered since the release yesterday. Quick, aren’t we? =D
Here’s what has changed:
Archimedes’ (the bird) cute little chirrup was cutting off abruptly. Now when you throw things at him, his dulcet tones are much more pleasing.
As in real life, hitting The Heavy’s head or groin causes a lot more damage than other body parts - PLUS - there is now visible damage to the blood bag, so you can see how much you’re hurting him.
There is a quicker balloon pop effect, so the confetti now showers you in a more pleasing fashion. No-one likes slow confetti.
You couldn’t pick up balloons before after they fell from the ceiling. Now you can, so that’s 100% more party-while-you-play.
There was a strange seam between The Heavy’s torso and legs after healing him. That’s now fixed, and he looks splendid.
When you win, the jingle should play correctly so you know when to celebrate.
