We are launching our first Clip Contest! Follow the below guidelines to participate!
Contest task
Create a video about SWING DUNK. It can be anything: a meme-like clip, a nice gameplay montage video, funny multiplayer moment, ...
You can use footage recorded only by yourself. The footage should contain gameplay or other graphical elements of the game.
Alongside gameplay footage, you can include IRL footage, footage from other games, memes, etc.
The jury (Bucketplay team) will pay attention to your player skills, creativity, and the fun level of the video.
Creativity and professionalism will be rewarded with prizes on December 15, 2022.
In replay mode, press 'E' on your keyboard to activate the free cam and 2 to hide the UI.
Categories and prize pool distribution
1) Mad Skills alone: 600 Credits If you have mastered the game, this is your chance. Show us a play where you are the only one touching the ball and score!
2) Mad Skills in team: 600 Credits Show us that team play is important! Your video must include at least a pass before scoring!
3) Funniest: 600 Credits Any funny stuff is allowed, as long as the humor is socially acceptable. It can still be edgy, but we will not tolerate racism, sexism, jokes about religion, etc.
*Special-> Community choice: 1,000 Credits The 10 best entries among all videos sent for the contest are first shortlisted by the Bucketplay team, then the community chooses the winner.
When?
Participants have to submit their works until December 7, 23:59 UTC.
We'll announce the winners on December 15, 2022. All rewards will be transferred to the winners' accounts shortly after.
Rules
1. The video should be between 5 seconds and 1 minute long.
2. You can use footage of any game mode (training, vs bots, online, private) and other visual and audio elements from the game (like stamps, interfaces, sounds, etc). You can play with/against bots or other players or no one else when making the video.
3. Please note that you can't use another person's footage (without their written permission) to participate in the contest. You also can't participate with an old video created before the contest starts.
* Group submissions are allowed. If a video submitted by a group of people wins, the prize pool will be divided equally among all the contributors from this group.

Publish the video on our official Swing Dunk Discord, Group Clip Contest ->#submit-video
Each submission can win only in 1 category but you can send up to 3 videos.
We'll reply to your message there and will tell you if your submission is correct.
What's next?
After submissions are closed, a community vote will be held on our official Youtube Channel to select the Community choice video. The video with the most "likes" will be the winner. We will share the link to the clip contest playlist on our social media on December 9 and votes will stop on December 14.
After that, Bucketplay team members will privately vote for works in other categories, and we will announce all winners on December 15.

- The rim for beginners added in Ver.0.7.3.1 has been removed. - The tutorial and free play rim has been changed to regular basketball goal instead of beginners one.
Matchmaking system changes:
- The matchmaking system applied to Ver.0.7.3.1 has been reversed to the previous match system. - Matching between all users from trainees to pros is possible again.
Bug fix:
- Fixed a bug where the ball was thrown abnormally when releasing at a swing angle of more than 120˚.

The 2nd Swing Dunk Tournament starts! :D The PRELIMINARY ROUND is today Sep. 30(Fri) (PM 9~11 GMT time) Don't miss it!
[Tournament Rules]
1. The preliminary round will be conducted as a league. 2. Semi-finals, and 3rd and 4th place matches will be conducted as a best of 3 3. The final match will be held as a best of 5 4. The tournament will be played on the European server in a 3:3 match [Main screen → Play → Private Match → Create Private Match → Select Region → Europe (Amsterdam)] 5. A one or two-person team must add bot(s) or another player(s) 6. 5 minutes per match 7. If the game ends due to network instability within 15 seconds of the start of the qualifying match, you can rematch only one time 8. Rule 7 is only applied for the preliminary round. Network instability is not recognized in Semi-final and Final 9. Matches should normally be held between 21.00 to 23.00 PM. Team Leaders can talk on the #team-leader-talk channel and schedule a match earlier if necessary. Keep and share in the corresponding Discord channel a screenshot of the two teams' time agreements.
[Tournament]
*Ping of the European (Amsterdam) server must be less than 120 in order to play smoothly.
(How to check your ping: main screen → Play → Private Match → Create Private Match → Select Region → Europe (Amsterdam) → 120ms check below)
*Preliminary League:
- All teams in each group must play against each other (see schedule here)
- After each match, winning Team leaders must upload their winning match's screenshot results to TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU) #group-A/B-match-result
- The first and second teams of each group must announce the results in TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU) #group-A/B-match-result [example: GROUP-A 1st place: Team name (Team leader); GROUP-A 2nd place: Team name (Team leader)]
- In the case where there is a tie between two teams, the team with the highest goal average (goal scored-goal conceded) is ranked higher.
[How to submit a good screenshot]
On the main menu, click on the replay menu (camera icon)
Then share the screenshot same as in the example for each of your victories
*Semi-final
- winning Team leaders must upload their winning match's screenshot results to TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU) #semi-match-result
*The Final and 3rd and 4th place matches
- winning Team leaders must capture an image on the winning screen and share their in-game match record file.
In the case where your opponents in your group are not participating or answering until 21.00 PM:
The Team leader must upload to in TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU)#group-A/B-match-result / TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU) #semi-match-result/ (TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU)#final-match-result / TOURNAMENT (SERVER EU)#third-place-match-result)the proof of his group thread proving that the opponents didn't participate (no answer from another team captain, opponent not here at scheduled time), and his team will access the next leg.

- Added a beginner rim for new users. (Available in Quick Match) - The rim for the tutorial and free play has been changed to the beginner one.
Match changes:
- In Quick Match, users from levels 1 to 4 (trainee to rookie 3) will be playing with the beginner rim. - When playing with a user of level 5 (intermediate 1) or higher in a party, regular basketball rim will be used. - Users who are above level 5 (intermediate level 1) will play with the same basketball rim as before. - Users from level 1~4 (trainee ~ rookie 3) and users of level 5 (intermediate 1) or higher cannot match each other unless they are in a party.
Feature improvement:
- Changed end of the match condition (immediate end at 0 seconds of game time → Ends when the ball touches the floor at 0 seconds or after a scoring shoot (Buzzer beater situation)) - The swing angle UI has been deleted. - The UI of the tutorial has been improved.
