Hey everyone! I just launched the Kickstarter and the Greenlight campaign for Sylvio 2. I've worked the last 6 months putting this together, I'm very excited for what Sylvio 2 can be, and I hope you like it too.
Any help with spreading the word is magnificently appreciated.
Take care!

Sylvio 2 is announced!
It’s been an overwhelming and awesome first six months of the game. Sylvio has been labeled "the best horror game of the year", and is nominated for "Best Original Game" on the upcoming TIGA awards, alongside games like Dying Light, BloodBorne and Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. It's had tons of super reviews and play-throughs, and to all of you who mailed me with feedback and suggestions, thank you all for being such AAA+++ human beings. I'm more determined than ever to continue in trying to bring something original to the table of horror gaming, so without much further ado, let me tell you a little bit about the sequel to Sylvio.
Sylvio 2 is set in broad daylight through-out the game, in the days following a ravaging forest fire in Saginaw Family Park. Juliette Waters is once again the protagonist, and portrayed, just like last time, by the brilliant actress Maia Hansson Bergqvist. And she’s got a hold of some brand new equipment.
”Stelotron L-500”, the reel recorder from the original Sylvio, has been replaced with the ”Stelotron L-1000”. A 360° video camera and a portable TV, making it possible to record ghosts in both vision and audio. You can zoom in and scan your recordings for any ghosts caught on tape, and just as before, your recordings are playable forward / backward in normal speed, fast forward or slow motion.
And the thing is, you’ll be able to test all of this out real soon.
A playable pre-alpha demo will be released at December 1st, along with the Kickstarter Campaign, Steam Greenlight and the first game trailer.
That's it for now, we'll be in touch very soon. Follow twitter.com/stroboskops for more screenshots and gifs from Sylvio 2, and don’t forget to check out and sign up for the mailing list at sylvio2.com . Happy Halloween!

New SAVE system added!
After installing the latest patch, Sylvio saves your progress continuously during gameplay. This has been a feature that has been asked for since the launch, and I'm happy to announce it's now in place.
Saving is done automatically and frequently, and stores all notes, collectibles, inventory and environment progress.
As always, please send me a mail at bugs@sylviogame.com if you experience any kind of weird glitch or bug.

Invert Y-axis, smoothness on / off, right hand key mapping
It's been a busy first week since the launch! A couple of requests from players has comed up, and in the latest update I've been able to cater some of them. You are now able to:
* Invert Y-axis
* Turn camera smoothness on / off
* Play with right hand key mapping
The added keys are:
E (action) = Num 0
Q (cancel) = Delete
C (flashlight) = Page down
1-9 (mic, gun, inventory, reel recorder, sheet 1-5) = Num 1-9
Space (jump) = Shift
If you find any bugs, or whatever strange thing that might occur, please send a mail to bugs@sylviogame.com . I am very curious about your problems, and eager to eliminate them in the following updates. We'll keep in touch and thanks for playing!
