Here is the major fixes we've done for this update:


  • Increased the VR area so you can get closer to the action.
  • Fixed reflection issue on Oculus VR.
  • Fixed menu input handling for Oculus VR.
  • Added AI shooting decision if shot clock is almost up.
  • Improved swipe to only check collisions with hoop hand only and attempts to improve blocking.
  • Smarter AI based on the defender who's playing them.
  • Incorporated stat based shots and how the ball bounces off the rim.
  • Improved dunks and how the ball slams down and now dunks can miss and will bounce off the rim.
  • Fixed various out of bounds issues.
  • Improved passing, faster and more accurate.
  • Added foul for spamming swipe. There is now an inbounding call and 2 pts rewarded for every 4 fouls the opposition make.
  • Tested with Valve Index, but not officially supported yet until we get better button mapping.

Update #4 Release Build

Hi Everyone!

Game launches tomorrow 11/23!

Been working hard getting the initial release ready for launch in Early Access. Everything is playable and I completed the required items I thought the game needed for Early Access. Please keep in mind we are still working on the game and I am looking for your help in which areas we should be focusing on.

Please post in the forums if you have any questions.

Just some notes on the issues we addressed for this Early Access build are:
x Quarter over timer
x Remove duel laser in menus
x Put circle in-game for menus
x Added exit logic
x Add shot selection %
x Thicker font for names/Bold
x New Game Icon
x Fix controller icon code
x Fix stats that are not saving
x Fix heading on halftime/game over menu.
x Steals/rebounds stats were working
x Loading screen on the way back
x Pausing now stops time
x Add audio options in settings
x Add 'controls help' text to pause
x Added new team logos
x Added clicking sound in menus
x Fixed arms out for some reason still if ball is stolen
x Better AI (AI should attempt steal sometimes and detect wide open shots for shooting)
x Fix clock stopping when shot
x Better slider / button art
x Fixed various input issues.

Update #3 Release Date Update

Hello Gamers!

We are setting our release date to Nov 23rd. This will give us enough time to finish what's left (see below), polish up what's completed, fix any remaining bugs and time for approval from Steam.

What we need to finish before we release are:

  • Finish stat tracking and display it appropriately somewhere. Wins, Losses and general in-game stats.
  • Controller help tips. We now support a wide range of input devices but I need to give some contextual help somewhere in the game, even if it's just on the paused menu.
  • Fix passing issue, any passes seem to get picked off way too easily by mistake and I need to find a way around this.


These are the last remaining things on my list, other than polish which I will continue even after the Early Release is published with your feedback.

Update #2 (Pre-Launch)

The game development progress is going really well. Since last update I've been working on a number of items:


  • Updated controls schemes to support Rift/Vive/MR and Gamepad controls.
  • Added 4 quarters logic and end of game logic.
  • Added team selection.
  • Fixed various bugs related to game play and stuck animations.
  • Updated dunk logic.


I'm pushing to have this game ready by the end of the month or very early next month. I have a list of items that I believe are required before this release and are working towards those items.

If you have any things you'd like to see, please post in the discussion forums. I'll be monitoring that for feedback.

Update #1

Hi Everyone!

This week was spent working on a variety of game updates:


  • Designed and implemented the Quarter/Half End Results menu.
  • Added some initial gamepad support.
  • Created and implemented a Swipe animation for stealing when on defense.
  • Updated the tip off sequence to include a countdown.
