- Added state
- Added new building "Castle"
- If the sector has the status of village or above, then in this sector you can create a state
- On the territory of the state, actions are limited for players who are not citizens of this state
- The state is destroyed if the private territory in the sector becomes less than 1640 cells

- You can create a state in the "Castle" sector
- A player can have only one state
- Creating a state is possible if the player’s sector has the largest private area
- The player who created the state is given the status of "Ruler"
- Other players in the "Castle" can make an application for citizenship
- The application for citizenship can be submitted only by players whose private territory is in the state sector
- A player can be a citizen of only one state

Citizens' statuses:

Citizen - Basic actions are available in the state.
Freeman - Can take citizens to the state. Cannot be deprived of citizenship.
Manager - May appoint honorary citizens. May deprive of citizenship.
Ruler - All Functions Available

- When a state is created, it is assigned a random name
- You can change the name of the state in the "Castle" for 500 000 GC
- In the "Castle" is possible to see the rating of citizens (benefit to the state)

Additional changes:

- When moving the altar, if the distance between your altars becomes less than 500 cells, the altar is destroyed
