[Important Announcement] DLC Error Fix
As many of you noticed, yesterday our weekly maintenance did not go exactly according to plan and, for a few hours, everyone who logged in after the maintenance received, for free and permanently, the content of all three existing DLC packages.
As you can probably guess this was not supposed to happen and, while the cause of the issue was quickly resolved after being identified, we need to take some action with regards to the items that were issued by accident.
For this reason we ask for your understanding as we resolve this unintentional delivery of items. All weapons and items that have been delivered to players will be changed from permanent to a duration of seven (7) days.
We have made this change so that players who were awarded the items can keep on training with these for another week and also to make it fair for all players who have already supported us by purchasing the DLCs previously.
Please notice that this will affect only the weapons that have been delivered by accident and not all the permanent weapons already present in your inventory.
We trust you understand why we are forced to make this move and we apologize for any inconvenience it might cause. Once again we would like to thank you for your continued support and help as we grow Tactical Intervention.

[Servers Online] - Patchnotes: Castalla & Halloween!
As of 10:30am CET on Wednesday 30rd October, our weekly maintenance is over and all services are back online.
Along with a number of bug fixes and mechanics adjustments this week, we also have a brand new map for everybody to test out!
As the setting for an exhilarating new VIP-Escort Mission, “Castalla” is now available on Live Servers. Similarly to the “Inner City” release, we intend for this week to be a “testing week” to help us weed out any final bugs and issues with this awesome new map. Please report any bugs HERE or feedback HERE .
Halloween Hijinks
To help get everybody into the Spooky Spirit we’ve added a few bonus features with this week’s update!
You can now purchase a special edition Halloween Pumpkin Mask for both Terrorists and Counter Terrorists in the in-game shop! There are also some hidden Halloween goodies dotted around our maps, so get in-game to share a scare with the T.I. Team!
Patch Notes
- Empty fire extinguishers can no longer be interacted with by players
- Fire extinguishers with CO2 in them collide with players, but don't block movement, however if the canister is able to move, it will kick away when you walk into it
- Breaching charges / C4 charges now apply damage to whatever they're attached to when they explode
- Propane tanks now detonate from explosive (frag/C4/etc) damage
- Prevent throwing grenades/planting charges when interacting with the bomb in a bombing mission
- Don't update the current load out while alive, only upon death
- Modified some localisation strings
- Fix a client crash caused by server-side achievement notification writing the wrong data type
- The game options panel now scrolls, so more options can be added to it in the near future
- Fixed some bugs with room settings
- Change the Weapon Rack’s "viewed first time" check in Windows to save to the registry instead of the config.
- Weapon restrictions (room advanced settings) only function in TDM, not mission now.
- Revised the shop purchasing UI
- Show damage on “Killed By” panel.
- Fixed the Sniper Rifle weapon filter
- Gamepanel now shows restricted items with the restricted overlay
- Added new map “Castalla”
- Added a new “Halloween Mask” to the in-game store
- Implemented some Halloween themed aesthetics to some of the maps, just for fun
