Tales from the Cache

State of TFTC

Greetings treasure hunters!

I want to thank you all who are supporting this project, it keeps me motivated to continue to work on Tales From The Cache!

So as you all know Summer is the best time in the year (that's debatable to some!), but on hot days it's hard to work when the weather is inviting to go outside and explore nature, get some fresh ideas for the game.
During the Summer TFTC development is slowed down tremendously, but in Autumn/Winter time it will get back to the normal development cycle.

  • The Devil's Pit (Velnio duobė)

I want to share with you all what I've been working on, from a graphics perspective the forest and the whole biome were revamped and upgraded to fit the geo location of Lithuania (this is where the game map is based), and new places to search/explore and find new caches.

  • Sigma complex

New puzzles to solve (improved previous ones). Game-breaking bugs also were addressed. For the 1.0.0.5 update I'been working on 3 new locations on the map, abandoned Sigma relaxation complex, Kaunas VIII fort, and Devil's Pit they all have been inspired by real-life locations and it has some resemblance to real ones.

  • Simon says cache

  • Work in progress birdhouse cache

Have a wonderful summer!
