50,000$ donated to charity and a new, free Dagon DLC in the making!
Hey everyone, we wanted to share a positive milestone today!
More than 50,000$ (or 200,000 zlotys, for our fellow Poles out there) collected for charity
We debuted Dagon in 2021 as a narrative experiment and our first non-comissioned game. It became a significant success, and as of the latest transfer, together with you - players from all over the world - we have collected over PLN 200,000 / 50,000$ for charity (organisations such as the Polish Red Cross, Polish Humanitarian Action, Save the Children, or Voices Of Children)! Thank you!
We've also crossed 1,700,000 downloads, which is kinda crazy.
All DLCs on sale
All Dagon DLCs are currently discounted, so if you'd like to join our charity endeavours, you can grab them on sale (100% of net proceeds are donated to charity):
We're also working on a free DLC for Dagon to thank our community for supporting our studio since 2021.
No release date yet, updates will drop as we're closer to release, so make sure to follow us on X/Twitter to stay up-to-date:

Devils, witchcraft and dark arts: Mercyful Flames, a game inspired by Dagon and the classic movie Häxan - limited-time DEMO OUT now!
Asmodeus called to let us know that the demo for Mercyful Flames is now out!
The game is a dark documentary based on the classic movie Häxan, and delves into the history of devils and witches. It will only be available during Steam Next Fest (till 17th June), so don't miss your chance to delve into the diabolic arts!
One of the main inspirations behind MF is Dagon, so if you enjoyed our adaptation of the cult H. P. Lovecraft story, there's a high chance this collaboration between Bit Golem (publisher) and Asmodev (developer) will be right up your alley.
Tha Asmodev Team would really appreciate your feedback, so feel free to drop it here on on the game's Steam forum. Thanks!
Pool of Madness - New limited-time demo with new graphics and physics!
Steam Endless Replayability Fest is here, and to celebrate, we're back with a NEW limited-time demo for Pool of Madness, our Lovecraftian roguelite... pool!
The first demo was a huge success, resulting in 11,000 wishlists and a very enthusiastic response from players, which was an awesome surprise, as it was a very early build of the game created within a month since the internal game jam that spawned PoM. We've used your feedback to introduce some updates to Early Demo #2 - find the list below!
Pool of Madness Endless Replayability Fest Demo - major updates:
updated graphics, visibility & high resolution
rewritten physics
new feature: ability to freeze the ball (check Help), making the gameplay more dynamic and unique

Please note that Pool of Madness is very much a work in progress and we're working on improving every aspect of the game. We're sharing an updated demo so we can continue gathering feedback from players early and shape the game together.

Pool of Madness - a Lovecraftian pool game with roguelite elements - exclusive x-days DEMO available NOW!
Adepts of forbidden arts!
We’ve recently had an internal 2-person game jam that resulted in a prototype of a Lovecraftian pool game with non-linear story and roguelite elements. Yes, you read that right - it’s quite a combination.
Early demo teaser: https://youtu.be/3xixpp_SLJQ
We’ve decided to release an early demo to gather some feedback at the stage where we still have a lot of flexibility regarding its direction, so don’t expect a polished experience and many features, but we’ve had a lot of fun with it and decided we’d like to hear your initial thoughts - check it out and let us know!
The exclusive demo will only be available during Steam’s Lovecraftian Days, till April 8, so give it a spin!

Our next project 🔥 A documentary game based on the movie from 1922!
Fellow friars.
We are burning inside with the desire to tell you about our next project!
Mercyful Flames: The Witches is a dark documentary game based on the classic movie Häxan (1922) that delves into the world of devils and witches.
Its gameplay is similar to Dagon, focused on story and atmosphere. The narrator will guide you through the history of witchcraft enriched with contemporary knowledge.
It’s a cooperation with fellow priests from Asmodev (creators of highly acclaimed mockumentary games) who hit on this idea.
Yes, I work for Dr. Emmerson, I’m a… it’s not important. Let’s just say that I like experiments… Why am I grinning? Ah, it’s just my natural facial expression.
Anyway, I’ve found this in the old man’s locker, some new treatment he’s working on, still coated with sand. He would be mad if he found out that I was giving it to somebody.
