On Thursday (08.09) we’re opening Tales of Tomorrow: Experiment playtest for a group of players! Keep your eye on the news so you won't miss a chance to play and share your feedback with us.
How to participate?:
If you are interested in joining our playtest and sharing your feedback on Tales of Tomorrow: Experiment simply go to Tales of Tomorrow: Experiment Steam page - https://store.steampowered.com/app/1189730/Tales_of_Tomorrow_Experiment/. On Thursday (08.09) the option to download and playtest will appear for everyone!

Devlog #6 - A.R.I.A has a new voice!
AR.I.A is (except the Player) the most important character in the game. So it was very important to us that her voice is very well made, and adapted to what we wanted to achieve. First iterations of her voice were generated on the computer through voice generating software and then edited to have more computer-like sound. It was great and fitted the game fine, but we still believed that it needed to be more alive and acted out, though recorded by a living human. That’s how we came in contact with Sammi Price. As she says about herself:
Sammi Price is an Australian-born, Wisconsin-raised, and New York City based actor, voiceover artist, and writer. They have performed across countless New York City stages as well as regionally, and are a member of the Actor's Equity Association. Sammi studied acting at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts Acting Conservatory in Manhattan, NY. They are the founder of 'Sammi Price Voice', providing voiceovers for commercial, audio book, character animation, film/television, video games, and more. They have collaborated with companies such as L’Oreal, The World Health Organization, 104.9 FM, and of course a favorite- AR.I.A! Sammi is also a spoken-word artist, having performed their poetry centering on human right activism in venues and universities across the country. They are absolutely thrilled to work with the Duality Games team.

Tales of Tomorrow: Experiment Devlog # 5
Hello,
this time is not the AR.I.A speaking (it’s short for Artificial Intelligence Administrator). As we are getting closer to announcing the release date there are three things we would like to talk about. First of all - state of development. So, we are very pleased to say that we are now focusing on bugixes, localisations and general polish. I’m not saying it’s perfect - we still have some work to do, but it’s getting very close to the place, where it’s a real pleasure to play it. As for the pleasure - you will play the game - you will see. It's a bit ironic ;) So, we are super excited on our side.
From the more game related point of view, we would like to talk today a bit about the tools that you will use in game, to perform different tasks. Tools are stored in the Storage part of the Station. You are free to take them as you need, but at once you can only carry 2 of them. Secondly, at the end of every day it is checked if you have returned all the tools to the storage. It is important for Station maintenance to keep them in order. So better remember to put them in place.
There are 5 tools:
Gravitation Lifter
Used to carry heavy equipment it will allow you to carry elements that you are normally not able to pick up.
Hand Held Drill
Versatile tool used to unscrew everything that can be unscrewed.
Laser Knife
It will be cut with plasma to pieces that were welded together. Also used in some tasks with more entertaining value.
Wrench
Sometimes a wrench is only a wrench. In space there are some valves that need to be adjusted, so you can use a simple tool like this.
Flashlight
Some places are darker than others, and your trusty flashlight will help you in those places. Always good to carry it with you.
So, use the tools only in the way the AR.I.A instructed you to, and don’t ever try to do anything else with them. EVER.
And the third thing. We wanted to update some steampage materials, so here it is. We are getting closer! Hope you enjoyed it!

I need to warn you. I thought, just like you, that Tales of Tomorrow: Experiment is a simple game where you can enjoy the views, cheat an AI, and easily escape from the spaceship controlled by AR.I.A. That's a lie! Indeed, I've succeeded, but it cost me almost a life.
First, I didn't even notice when I started to complete all the tasks given to me by AR.I.A. She was such convincing...
Second, when I realized I'm stuck on the spaceship forever, I started to figure out how to escape. It's not easy when your food rations and stamina are limited, observed and examined by artificial intelligence.
Third, I thought I'm not gonna encounter anything worse than tyrant AI. I didn't know everything about the spaceship earlier. And about the others...
Just remember, play the 'game' at your own risk. And first, read the warnings below. Good luck! - Anonymous Astronaut
