We're not gonna do our usual super formatting for this patch as we've only got a few logic fixes.
The major thing that comes with this update is controller support and online stability fixes.
If you plug your controllers in there should be fully mapped support. We'll include a controller map layout image in the next patch, but for now you should be able to use your controllers. Plug them in and have a play!
We've spent ages working on online stability fixes that has led us down some pretty deep and dark rabbit holes that led to some new and improved stability bugs but we think we're on top of that now. We should see less dropouts and less trouble rejoining/resuming games across all platforms. We're very focused on online stability at the moment so if you continue to have issues then please let us know.
Fixes
New music for battles and psychic combat.
Text spill cleaned up if there are multiple winners for the Runic Revolution ending.
Ghosts now respect Gauntlet rules in the Inner Region.
Ruined City now correctly discards after taking a card from the purchase deck.
Village Mystic is now correctly placed if you draw them through the Meeting Place card.
Chivalric Knight should be able to encounter other players through the Spiteful Imp card.
The Black Knight Denizen should discard correctly when on a Terrain card.
Warlord should no longer get +1 Craft per conscripted follower.
Restless Dead should correctly apply to Spirits and Undead enemy types if they're drawn through Metamorph.
You should correctly get gold from the Cataclysm Treasure Chest.

This patch is content-fix heavy. We have another patch scheduled for the end of this week/start of next week that will be quite content-light but will be super important as it has a load of online-network fixes that we've been working on over the past few months. So, hopefully, next week online multiplayer should see a massive improvement.

Ninja should now correctly drop followers when Transformed.
Troll should now be able to Regenerate with the Trailblazer.
Tavern Maid Pour Drink ability should now work as worded.
Spy's Shadow ability shouldn't prevent an encounter.
Highlander should no longer be affected by the Ifrit Sultan/Sultana when missing a turn.

The Guardians of the land begin to rise...
The land of Talisman has suffered at the hands of man. Wizards and witches have scorched the earth, warriors and combatants have left blood and bodies across every available space, heroes and adventurers have given little regard to sacred soil that exists beneath their feet.
Now, something is stirring... The quest for the Crown is no longer the main concern of heroes when the long dormant behemoths and titans of Talisman finally wake from their slumber....
Today marks the release of the second digitally exclusive expansion created by Nomad Games!
With The Ancient Beasts comes a new layer of strategy to add to your adventure. No longer can the biggest Troll simply take whatever he wants. No longer can the strongest Witch simply cast her way to the Crown. The Guardians of the land are constantly moving obstacles to overcome. Some Beasts will hunt you down. Some Beasts will hunt each other. Some Beasts really don't care that anything else is around them.
Among Sentinels, Portals, Enemies, Strangers, and other players... Now something new stands between you and the Crown of Command.
This build will likely make your old saves incompatible due to the fixes that will be included in this build.
As is standard, tracking specific bugs between the live build and different builds that we've been working on is normally tough so we are unable to produce a list of bug fixes. If you want to know if anything specific has been fixed then please ask.
Dev Note
Another standard for a new update, please complete any games that you want to complete on the old build before updating as old saves on the new build may be rendered unplayable.
Along with this, if you lose your Runestones and XP, please go to the leaderboard and hit refresh.
