We are happy to announce that the upcoming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be Discount Weekend!
There will be discounts, a special mode, special missions, boosted funds and experience, coinboxes and Ultra Containers, valuable special offers, and a themed design.
This Discount Weekend will start on Friday, October 1st, at 2:00 UTC, and will last until Monday, October 4th, at 2:00 UTC.

Battle duration
First, thanks to the experiments we launched, and thanks to you for being patient, we have found out the best time for weekend battles – 15 minutes.
Starting from this one, EVERY weekend, (and in Tanki Online, a weekend is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) the battle duration will always be 15 minutes.
We still need to run a few more experiments to find out the best time for weekday battles. The first one will start at 2 AM UTC on October 1st and will last till 2 AM UTC on October 10th, and the battle duration will be 15 minutes.
After the end of the experiment, we will analyze data again and will decide if we need to run more experiments or what battle duration should it be for weekdays. Thanks for your patience, we hope to finish the experiments soon.
Boosted Funds and Experience
During the event, get boosted funds and experience for every matchmaking battle! That’s a great chance to rank up faster and get access to new items if you haven’t unlocked them all yet, or to get more crystals to upgrade your Garage.

New «Paladin» hull. Early access
Hello, tankers!
We have great news for you: a novelty will appear in Ultra Containers tomorrow!
Please welcome the new «Paladin» hull. Its release will finish the collection of hovering hulls.
Key features
- Medium hovering tank that is especially useful for teamplay
- Overdrive lasts for a long time and has a large radius of effect. Tanks that are affected by Paladin’s Overdrive are connected with “lines” to the tank that activated it.
- Paladin’s teammates around it get minor healing, immunity from all status effects, and 90% protection from critical damage.
- Enemy tanks in the range of Paladin Overdrive’s area of effect receive the «Armor-piercing» and «Jammer» status effects.
- Critical damage protection essentially protects a tank from the Overdrives of Hornet and Dictator
- Applying Jammer status effect lets you prevent nearby enemy tanks from using their Overdrive, protecting your tank from Hunter’s and Wasp’s ODs
- As long as a tank is in the effect range of the aura polarizer, all of the Overdrive effects are applied, but as soon as a tank leaves they will all be deactivated instantly.
Our developers intend Paladin to primarily be a “supporting” tank; going on the offensive with this hull is not the best tactic. Combining Paladin with Titan and Hornet can present a fearsome trio and fully realize this hull’s potential.
Early access
Do you want to own these new items and be the first to test their capabilities in battle?During the early access period, both the «Paladin» hull and the «Jammer Immunity» augment for it will only be available to obtain from Ultra Containers. You can get your hands on these new Ultra Containers by completing the special missions or you can buy them from the shop.

Tankifund [TankiSport 2021 Season III]

After battling for weeks through the qualifying tournaments and the group stage, Team Pointers, Bulls, Stepbrothers, and Merciful proceeded to the finals.
Now, just a few matches remain before we find out who will become the champion of the prestigious TankiSport 2021 Season III tournament and earn the prized Acid paint together with the unique protection module with 20% resistance from all turrets and mines.
To gather support for this tournament, we have prepared something interesting for you. In addition to the tournament, we will be holding not one, but two events with even more amazing prizes. Take part in the Tanki Fund and vote for the best teams!

Every offer purchased adds 1000 tankoins to the fund. With every 8000 tankoins in the fund, the number of participants of the giveaway is increased by 1.

Prizes for voting
That’s not all. Got a favorite team for a specific match? You can not only cheer for it during livestreams, but also vote on the match results!
Starting from 21st to 26th of September, earn stars in matchmaking and vote on the match results every day and get prizes!
Enter the special website on the day of each match and vote for one of two teams starting from 2 AM UTC till 5 PM UTC. There will be 6 tough matches, one per day.
- If in at least 3 out of 6 matches a team you vote for wins, you will get:

This time we have decided to change the ultra containers content the way your chances to get «Exotic» items will be increased as these Exotic skins are special! During the celebrations you will be able to get the following items from the updated ultra containers:

Special «Arms race» mode
Starting from 2 AM UTC September 10, until 02 UTC September 13, the special «Arms race» mode is coming back! The unique event where you need to earn points while your equipment is continuously changing.
How it works:
- Hull — always Viking;
- Equipment modification — Mk7;
- Maps: Dusseldorf, Lost Temple, Berlin;
- Battle duration — 30 minutes, but...
Let’s take a deeper look at how it works and why you will rarely be playing for 30 minutes.
All players start with the same equipment — the Viking hull and Smoky turret.
After destroying some number of tanks (you will see the number in the game interface), you get another turret. The order of turrets is the same as the order in which they were released. You will start with the first ever turret - Smoky, and work your way up to the newest — the legendary «Tesla» turret. Yes, it means that everyone will have a chance to check out the new turret and decide whether to buy it or not!

From Friday September 3rd until the server restart on Monday September 6th have a rest, go outside but make sure to take your phone along with you for a couple battles on the go - we have prepared a special festive piggy bank for mobile players. «Steampunk»-themed skins and animated paint
Hello, tankers!
In honour of Tankers’ Day, we’ve prepared a special surprise for you!
The unique Steampunk-themed skins for Twins and Mammoth, as well as the animated «Bronze armor» paint, were added to the game.
The only way to get these skins and the paint is out of the updated Ultra Containers that’re only available during these Tankers’ Day celebrations!
These new skins look cool and are completely different from any other skin currently in Tanki Online. Therefore, we’ve decided to change the contents of Ultra Containers so that your chance of getting these skins is increased. We’ve removed all other Exotic-rarity items leaving only the «Steampunk» skins for Twins and Mammoth, the animated «Bronze armor» paint, the «Armadillo» protection module, and the «Crisis» drone.
We also added a special «Steampunk» Shop offer timed to coincide with this event; the offer features 300 Ultra Containers at a very affordable price!
You can buy it only between 2 AM UTC September 3 and 2 AM UTC September 20.
After the conclusion of the Tankers’ Day celebrations these skins and the paint will be removed from Ultra Containers; we haven’t yet decided when to release them again. So if you want to get the full collection of unique Steampunk-styled items — don’t miss your chance!
HTML5 on Steam
Tankers!
This time we want to share with you something really important for us — the Tanki Online Steam client has been updated to the HTML5 version!
It has taken a lot of our time to make this transition happen but now we can finally say that it’s done, and that the Flash version of the game is finally no longer supported.
Some of you may see this as bad news, but let us remind you that - in addition to the fact that the game is no longer dependent on the Flash technology, which is unsafe and has been discontinued by its developers - there are some other advantages. Henceforth, it will take much less time for us to create new updates for you as we can now concentrate all our efforts on the HTML5 version of the game. Thus, this transition opens new possibilities for you and us! Not only will it let us start to update the game’s interface soon, but also from now on it will take less time for us to release new content, create new maps and add many interesting features!
Moreover, that’s not all for our plans regarding the Steam platform, more is coming soon. One of our ideas is to add support for gamepads.
