Game update 0.5.0 - Progress Reset Announcement
The incoming 0.5.0 update includes a significant card and mission rebalance.
To make these important changes we need to reset the progress of all players.
We want to look after our loyal community. All updating players will be compensated with diamonds for all progress and items lost, so you can get back on track!

What progress am I losing exactly?
Campaign progress, quests, Versus progress and cards owned will be completely reset.
I have made real money purchases, do I get those back?
YES!
All items purchased with real money will be restored the moment you load the updated game. This applies to both consumable and non-consumable items.
Why are you resetting our progress?
The card rebalance means cats will change stats, teams or even rarities. Campaign progression is affected due to mission order changes and the quests associated with it, so both will need to be reset to the start as progress can’t be migrated.
The card rebalance also means some cards will change in value, so by compensating you with diamonds for your lost progress you can rebuild decks considering the new card stats, instead of being left with old cards which may become less useful after the update.
Versus mode is being overhauled too, so needs to be reset.
Do I get to keep anything?
Yes. You will get to keep the following items:
Diamonds in your wallet will carry forward
Unlocked heroes will remain unlocked but be reset to the first level and default reputation
Hero skins
Gold doublers and gold triplers in your inventory
Battery packs in your inventory
Stacks of tickets in your inventory
What compensation am I getting?
Diamonds will be given as compensation for lost items and progress as follows:
Any cards you had: Calculated based on tuna value of each card (base value of the card + any tuna you have invested in it: 1 tuna = 1.5 diamonds)
Tuna in your wallet. (1 tuna = 1.5 diamonds)
Box fragments in inventory. (20 fragments = 15 diamonds)
Gold. Converted at the store exchange rate (200 gold = 1 diamond)
Hero shards. (1 shard = 1 diamond)
Medals. (25 medals = 1 diamond)*Medals will be removed from the game in 0.5.0. All items previously purchasable from the shop with medals will now be purchasable with gold.
Ad tokens. (10 ad tokens = 1 diamond)*Ad VIP system will be coming in v0.5.1 and requires a reset of existing ad tokens collected.
I collected a whole bunch of event cats and now the event is over. Can I get those back?
Yes.
For 2 weeks after the 0.5.0 update goes live, all previous event cat boxes will be available in the shop, so you can rebuild your teams however you prefer. This will include Norse, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holiday and Pirates.
How is the reset going to happen?
When you update your game to version 0.5.0 you will see a message on the loading screen telling you your progress has been reset.
You will need to play through the tutorial again (to ensure you pass all of the key milestones so the game doesn’t break).
After this you will find a message in your mailbox listing everything you have been compensated.
My game was reset and I didn’t get compensated what I was expecting. What do I do?
Please create a support ticket using the menu in the settings screen. Creating a ticket in-game will provide us with vital information that will help us narrow down what happened and help you faster.If possible, please list any items you were expecting but didn’t receive. We will work with you to ensure you get anything missing.
