Argus updated to v1.62
Hello All,
Argus has been updated to v1.62 today.
A small update to Argus today with two bug fixes:
-Fix to Generate Start Events which would infinite loop if the entire track was selected.
-Fix to Flip U/V message box which used the 'Error' icon rather than the 'Information' icon.
The new Strategy Sound Pack for SFXEngine is released today. This set includes switches and levers, alarms and sirens, and sliding objects. The pack includes a great set of general game event noises for things like bonuses, pick-ups, exits being revealed and G.U.I. events. Some audience applause, and unusual effects like clock ticks round off the collection. Contains 75 sounds, 4 environments, 44 samples, 89 modulators.
Supplied in SFXEngine project format. Easy or modify, with samples and modulators that are free to use and re-use. Far more flexible than a mere sample library.
The SFXEngine Summer Sale is now on with 25% off SFXEngine and all of the Bolt-On DLC, including the Modulator Pack and Analogue VCF Engine. SFXEngine aims to be the fastest and simplest way to create sound effects and batch process wav files.
Two changes in this update:
-New, much more detailed statistics calculated when Save Stats is selected. Results show: Filename, Length, Length (Samples), Description/Notes (left empty for user notes), RMS Total (dB), Max Peak (dB), Max Peak (1/Peak), Samples Clipped, RMS [L] (dB), Max Peak [L] (dB), Peaks [L] -ve/+ve, Samples Clipped [L], RMS [R] (dB), Max Peak [R] (dB), Peaks [R] -ve/+ve, Samples Clipped [R].
-Ctrl and shift key status now reset when a message box appears. If held before, then released when a message box appears, the program loop would assume ctrl/shift was still held, giving the appearance of the keyboard being unresponsive.

The sparkly new Flatspace Music Pack 3 has been released! This music pack for the first Flatspace game is the first new music pack for Flatspace since 2013. Some tracks, like the Opiad Variation and Superhighway, date from 2001 and have never been released anywhere!
