Big Update! The results of the First Player Vote

A few days ago we added a big update to the game based on your vote.
Players have been given the opportunity to further influence neighboring countries.
1. If you are already influencing a country, you can significantly increase the strength of your influence, but you will spend half of your income currency.
2. You will be able to buy half of your influence on a country with Trade Points. Each country has a different price.
This changes the gameplay dramatically. Emphasize captures in the early game? Then you will get a lot of rebellions and not be able to take full advantage

We have also simplified the game for new players
3. New events have been added. When you reach the revolution and riots of a high level, events are now offered in which you can reduce the revolution and riots
4) Changed access conditions for the third Taxes tab. Now blocking a branch is clearly displayed on the whole branch with clear access conditions. We also changed the access conditions - now it depends on the scenario in which you play. It can be GDP or currency to spend or just reach a certain level.

We also added a lot of small fixes, balance fixes and additions.
After the update we were tweaking the balance for a while so we didn't make the announcement right away - but now you can enjoy them to the fullest ;)

Thank you for supporting Taxer Inc!

First Player Vote

Today we're launching the First Player Vote: What we'll add to the game next.

Write a comment under this news with the number of the item you like best. Which option will get the most votes - that's the option we'll implement.

1. Reworking the Government. Every X days the player receives a certain penalty to the Revolution. Depending on the setting of the Government, this timer gets bigger or smaller. The player also receives additional penalties from some settings. In fact, the player has to choose whether to sacrifice his financial situation or get disgruntled citizens.

2. Reworking the Government. Depending on the settings of the Government, the player accumulates a special discontent of activists. When certain settings are reached, special events that take place in the country are triggered. Some of the events can affect the main parameters of the country. This option can add more "life" to the current flow of the game.

3. Adding basic diplomacy. Add an option for players to be able to influence the desired country. The player would be able to spend crucial GDP, Trade, or other resources to increase influence in a particular country. This influence will be very limited, but sometimes it can help in especially important situations.

4. Rework Laws in Asia and Africa. The gameplay of the three scenarios is very different at this point, but the laws are the same in all 3 scenarios. Maybe you think the laws in Asia and Africa need to be reworked so that they are fundamentally different from Europe? If so, vote "4")

5. Add more unique country bonuses. Right now you get a special unique bonus when you start for a certain country. We could increase the number of these unique bonuses and make them more varied, if that's what you think is most important)

6. Add a nice ending to the game? At the moment, the ending of the game in case of both Victory and Defeat is pretty simple. Maybe that's what we should improve next?)

Vote for one of the 7 options. Just write a comment under this news with the number of the item you like best.
We don't want to make a game for ourselves - we want it to be a game for all of us ;)

If you have any ideas that you would like to see on the next ballot, just post them in the topic https://steamcommunity.com/app/1300610/discussions/0/3111395113749738844/

And thank you for walking the road to Release together!

Taxer Inc is in Early Access!

Today we're launching Taxer Inc in Early Access!
There are still a lot of things to improve and refine, but we want to decide together with you what the game should be.
We plan to make a series of votes among the players on what update should be in the game. Because, in fact, sometimes the players do not really want what the developers want)
Today we will launch the First Players Voting.

Let's go down that road to the full-fledged Release together!
