A new update is live this morning (might need to exit steam and relaunch to see it) which fixes the game for non US currency players.
All my beta testers were en-us, so I didn't catch it before the release.

I have heard that some people are facing a crash after the first level. I released an update to the game that should ask if you are willing to capture an error report. I hope to fix the game quickly after receiving a report! Thanks.
