It's been a whole year already since Teacup was released... time flies!

Teacup was our first project as a team, and while it's a simple and short game, we're so happy to see that it has brought joy and calmness to so many players. We're grateful to everyone one of you who has played the game and shared your experience with us, and hope to continue working as a team to develop friendly and relaxing experiences.

This week we also held a community-led text adventure about Teacup's adventure to the big city over at our Discord. It's time to go trading...

The Teacup Steam Trading Cards are now available! Play the game to collect the full set of 5 cards featuring cute pixel art illustrations of Teacup and her friends. We've also added animated avatars, stickers, emoticons and other goodies to the Point Shop, so check it out!

The Big Adventure Event Returns
Looking for some awesome adventure games to add to your collection? Well, we have some good news for you: The Big Adventure Event (also know as the BAE) is coming back for 2022. Last year's edition was the first event Teacup ever participated in, and we're glad to be back for this edition (Can you spot Teacup in the event key art?). During the whole event the game will be 20% off, so if you haven't tried it, now's a great moment. We'll be streaming pre-recorded footage from the start of the game and behind-the-scenes development previews during the whole weekend, so check it out!

Improved option menu and accessibility fixes
Ever needed to tweak the game's resolution? Or lower the music volume? We've updated the options screen in the main menu so now you can now do this and more. We've also added some accessibility improvements and are working on more, so look forward to them. We hope you enjoy!

Teacup available in 5 new languages!
Better late that never! We're happy to share that in the latest update has added the following languages to the game:

  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Russian
  • Spanish

The game's language can be set via the options screen found in the main menu. We hope you enjoy!
