It has been a long while since I have updated Tecroroid Assault. But this is a better time than ever. Tecroroid Assault was released 2/8/19 and tomorrow is the one year anniversary. So I have prepared an update to coincide with the day.
The Update isn't something small though it has many fixes and changes. Below are the patch notes so if you own the game now is a good time to check it out.
Added a flash effect to the charge meter when using the TAC-300 Tank
Added a music track for when fighting boss enemies
Added an Extra Damage Upgrade to tanks with upgrades
Added New Enemy Sprites with smoother animations
Added animated Backgrounds
Added Attack animations to boss enemies
Added new charging animation to enemies with lasers
Added a new Tank the TAC-400, this tank has a dynamic upgrade system. The power of the tank depends on how much shields it has
Changed Boss Sprites and animations
Changed Upgrade Preview animations
Added a No Preview image to the upgrade screen when no upgrade is selected
Changed what the max amount of money you can have at start.
Added a new max money difficulty modifier
Fixed a bug where looped sounds effects would play when the game is paused
Updated the TAC-300 Charging animation
Updated the enemy laser sound because it was way to low
Updated all challenge levels to now have predictable movement patterns
Made some behind the scenes changes so that text would not be displayed incorrectly.
Version 1.3.1 (Hotfix)
There was a game breaking bug that caused the game to crash that needed to be fixed. This is now fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Version 1.3.0 has been released
A new patch has been released. This version is 1.3.0. Patch notes released.
Added a new tank (TAC-300) This tank needs it's weapon charge before the projectiles will fire. You charge the weapon by holding the fire button, and release the fire button when the weapon is fully charged.
Added a new enemy projectile. This projectile is a smaller projectile that is easier for the player tank to dodge.
Added the ability to see what tank someone used to get their best score on the leaderboards.
Changed a few enemies movement speed so they aren't moving too fast.

Demo Version Released
I have released a demo version of Tecroroid Assault so those of you who want to try before you buy can do so. also I have fixed a bug in the main game where core fragments that are in range would not be attracted to the player tank.

Hello everyone,
I have released the first patch to fix some issues that were found in the release version of the game.
Balanced the enemies so when playing with out difficulty modifiers the game isn't super hard.
Updated some of the text for the difficulty mods to better reflect what they do.
Added a reflect barrier power up that reflects enemy projectiles.
Added a better sound effect for enemy laser attacks.
Added a better sound effect for when the player tank fires projectiles.
Fixed the game resolution so the game isn't cutoff when playing with low resolutions.

Tecroroid Assault is now live
Tecroroid Assault is now live on Steam. Currently there is a 10% launch discount so get it while it's hot.
If you do purchase the game stop buy the community forums and leave feedback or tell me how you feel about the game.
Tecroroid Assault Release Date
Tecroroid Assault is almost ready for release. There are just a few small things that need to be added in so that it can be released. Tecroroid Assault will be released on Friday February 8 2019 and will cost $4.99 USD.
