1. The question mark fleet has increased the drops of all legendary ships
2. Legendary ships, advanced artillery, talent reset books, blueprint ships, diamond ring explosion rate increased
3. Modify the question mark fleet refresh time to 30 days of game time
4. A new ship, Pioneer, has been added to the commemorative edition DLC
