A Superhero Halloween!
Halloween has arrived and The Amazing Fantastics is on sale to commemorate the event!
Our Halloween event adds two new summons you can recruit to your squad. Act fast, once the Halloween event is over these summons will become much more difficult to obtain.
Slasher Jack
The spirit of a 1980s serial killer returns from the depths of Hell to haunt the city of Utopia this Halloween. Slasher Jack's signature axe contains his soul, and whoever holds it can summon him. He deals heavy neutral to the target, 20 times the user's level to be exact, making this one of the strongest attacks in Issue 1 in terms of raw damage.
Emily
The victim of a horrible attack as a little girl, Emily's spirit is unable to move onto the afterlife. She dwells on this earthly plane, trapped and full of rage. When summoned, her bloodcurdling screech will paralyze all targets for several turns, leaving them vulnerable to attack.

New Update + Halloween in Utopia
Halloween arrives in Utopia on October 26! But before the city's haunted by spirits and creatures of the night, we've got a new update to talk about.

In the past couple of weeks we've released several updates, making enhancements to battles, revamping the game's opening dungeons, and more.
Recent Changes
Added traps to the prison escape sequence
Added optional mini-quests to the prison and ice cave dungeons
Updated the battle camera, making it more dynamic and fights more stylish

Halloween is Here!
On October 26th, evil will stir in Utopia. In this limited-time event you'll have the chance to recruit vengeful spirit Emily and serial killer Slasher Jack to your squad in the form of summons - a new gameplay mechanic to The Amazing Fantastics. You'll have to act fast though, these summons will be difficult to obtain once the Halloween event ends.

Version 2.0 is Live!
We recently launched version 2.0 of The Amazing Fantastics! In this update you'll be able to play as any hero in your party in the overworld and in dungeons — you're no longer limited to just Singe.
What's more is that each hero has their own perk as the leader of the party. Singe can zoom around with his superspeed, Vipera can cloak to hide from enemies and sneak around traps, Gunslinger can fly to reach hidden parts of the map, and the other heroes each have their own unique ability as well.

Anyone who leaves a review for The Amazing Fantastics will automatically have a chance to become an NPC in Issue 2. That means that you could appear next to Singe, Gunslinger, and the whole gang when they tackle their upcoming adventure, and all you have to do is leave a review on our page! If you already submitted a review you'll still be eligible.

New Mechanic in v1.3
Here's what's new in v1.3 of The Amazing Fantastics: Issue 1.
The biggie: Break mechanic
Enemies that are continuously attacked may reach the Break status, causing them to take increased damage and become unable to act for several turns.
TIPS
Exploiting an enemy's weakness triggers Break faster
If an enemy goes an entire turn without being attacked, it will take longer for them to Break
Certain Formations may affect Break

Update 1.2 Trailer - New Formation Mechanic

Version 1.2 is Live! Get in Formation!
Last night Issue 1: v1.2 went live! This update features a brand new mechanic that will add depth to gameplay (trailer coming soon).
This new mechanic is the Formation mechanic. Formations affect the stats and statuses of your entire party and can be changed on the fly.
Here are a few of the formations available in Issue 1.
Attack Formation - Your heroes hit the offensive. Attack +15%, defense -15%.
Medic Formation - Healing items used by the second hero in your party restore 30% more. Vipera's First-Aid Kits normally restore 500 HP. Equip her with a Medical Guide and go in Medic Formation and they'll restore 1300 HP!
Guardian Formation - All damage done to the second hero in your party will be split between all heroes in the party. Useful for reducing incoming damage on lower-HP characters such as Ice Age.
SYNC Formation - team moves build 15% faster.
Also new in v1.2 is the ability to equip two items to a single character instead of just one, and we've also added a status display so you can keep track of all of your heroes' buffs, debuffs, and status effects, and how long it'll be until they wear off.

This is Caleb at Neon Arkade, just wanting to send a big public thank you to all the youtuber's picking up our game. We've seen Core and MaxxiimGames already give our game a wonderful playthrough, and we're looking forward to videos soon to be released by Idzo and Pokey!
We've been hard at work here at the studio, and we're really working to get this game into the public eye. So we also wanted to thank everyone who's picked up this game so far! We've put a lot of heart and soul into it, and it's amazing to see it here out on the storefront.
