Operation RUBYDRAGON - Debriefing
AGENTS
Operation [B]RUBYDRAGON[/B] is now closed, we are investigating reports of a threat actor obtaining sensitive information on The Black Watchmen agency network. The agency threat level has increased and we are advising all agents to remain alert in the coming weeks. Any unusual signs or activity should be reported to HQ immediately.
The global agent network was able to successfully break the encryption of and subsequently infiltrate a covert network set up by the IRIS group to relay commands to their members. We used this access to gain information on an ongoing operation to harness rift energies from Chinatown archways.
Agents were dispatched to gain photo recon in the areas we expected to find IRIS network activity. After receiving analysis of the photos, we did not obtain results that suggested any occult activity had occurred.
The encryption scheme for the IRIS bot changed and we requested all agents attempt to regain access to the IRIS Network, we were successful and obtained intelligence that suggested several of the agents who submitted recon photos had been marked as targets for IRIS. The agency threat level has been increased and all agents should remain on alert.

Investigate the IRIS Network Twitter bot page (@MacArthurPincer) and determine the new key source being used so we can get updates on the target/operation.
2. Background:
Falcon Recon Team 3 was observing the residence of Aconite Capital CFO Oran Plaskett when he left his home in the middle of the night and traveled to a nearby park. It was at this location where he was killed by an unknown sniper whose whereabouts are currently unknown. The CFO was having regular encrypted message exchanges with a third party and we must investigate them to verify if they are a credible threat.
3. Updates:
The IRIS Network Twitter bot changed its key source and we are unable to issue commands to the bot. We need analyst help to regain our foothold in the network so we can obtain updates on the IRIS Network.
4. Recommendation:
(a) Go to the IRIS Network Twitter bot page and find the new key it is using.
(b) Report news of any change in IRIS Network status or commands to Dispatch dispatch@division-66.com
(c) Join the global agent network in the investigation on IRC (HERE)
(d) Monitor the Division 66 Twitter channel for updates on the operation .

Obtain recon photos of Chinatown gates across the world to gather intel on possible occult activity as part of IRIS Network Operation ARCHANGEL.
2. Background:
Falcon Recon Team 3 was observing the residence of Aconite Capital CFO Oran Plaskett when he left his home in the middle of the night and traveled to a nearby park. The agents at Office of Analysis were able to decrypt several encrypted communications between Oran Plaskett and IRIS. This led them to a covert Twitter network with a bot designed to relay IRIS operation info to their members. We infiltrated the network and obtained information about an operation to gather rift energies from Chinatown archways (codenamed Operation ARCHANGEL). We need to get recon photos of these areas to gather intel on the IRIS group.

Review the report on the Aconite Capital CFO’s death (Archive Call #DT55RV) and help identify additional leads from the NITE Team 4 technical report (Archive Call #HV58TY).
2. Background:

Black Watchmen - Green Level Opens
The Black Watchmen currently have an opening for a Green Level position. Our administrative team has prepared an application form for all agents who have an interest in upgrading their clearance to one of the highest levels. Green Level clearance is highly demanding and we seek only agents who have proven themselves in the field.
To apply, you must submit a completed Green Level application form (found at Archive Call # 2018D2 ) to Dispatch (dispatch@divsion-66.com) by 17:00 UTC 02/26/2016 with the subject “Green Level Upgrade Request”. After this, it will be judged by an executive committee and applications that pass screening will be made available for peer review by fellow agents in a voting process. The applicant who receives the most votes by their peers will undergo a final evaluation by commanders at HQ and if they pass, the applicant will receive Green Level status.
