We just released update 1.0.6 to solve some issues as well as try to make some things clearer.
1 - We fixed the issue where the player fails to attack enemy characters blocking his/her path.
2 - We added a feature where the settings panel pops up at first game launch to enable players choose their desired language upfront to prevent players who don't understand the default English language from having a bad experience.
3 - We placed keyboard keys as guides on their respective action icons to make it easier for players to remember the keys to use for respective actions.
F - Toggles flashlight on/off.
Q - Use meds from available health meds.
SPC (Space bar) - Activates rage mode which makes player immune to enemy attacks momentarily.
V - Toggles player attack mode on/off
4 - We also added keyboard keys (1-2-3-4-5-6) to switch between weapons currently available to the player.

Finally, we fixed some bugs and made some game play balancing.
