We thought for a long time which way to distribute the different parts of the game is the best, and we ran into a problem. The engine is storing all game's files in one single .pak file. This is useful when there is a single game, but makes it impossible to sell chapters individually (downloading one chapter will completely replace other ones) , even using the Steam DLC systems. Second Chapter News
Release Date Release of the second chapter is scheduled for mid-February, we will also make a big discount on the first chapter. The game will have all 13 achievements from the previous chapter and 8 new.
The style and the plot The main feature of the second chapter will be the idea of layered (multi-level) memories. Rammex works by a principle in which the protagonist has access to all he ever knew while keeping his freedom of action and choice within the memories. This means that finding in his memories a Rammex device, in theory, the protagonist can use it ...
The second distinguishing feature of this episode will be the space confusion in the memories, in other words, looped space. Some memories will cause an error in the memory, creating a spatial cycle. Trying to leave the location in any way, the main character will get into it again and again, and so on to infinity. To solve this puzzle, break the loop and get out, you will have to think carefully.
As you know, the first chapter ended on a flashback, where the main character was in his memories of the hospital in which they put his wife after a recent accident. She lost her memory, and that is what has led to the creation of Rammex. To simplify the understanding of the plot, all the locations of the first chapter will be available. In addition, the game will get a lot of new locations, including hidden and optional to visit places. We also want to add the change of weather and time of day: a strong storm will perfectly emphasize the darkness and instability of the picture inside the memories of the protagonist.
Now some spoilers:many players have guessed that the creator of the drug was Jack - the main character. This is both true and false. Also, some of players began to suspect Romanov in the attack. This is also at the same time true and false. At the end of the second chapter we will introduce a new character that will finally shed light on the events.

Thanks to your feedback we have discovered some lacks of the game, and now we are glad to inform you that after spending two sleepless nights, we have done a lot of fixes and improvements. Update 1.2 is available now. Here are the main changes:
Skiping intro and cutscenes
Now you can skip the intro, as well as other cutscenes. However, we don't recommend to do that, because it will cause to a worse understanding of the story.
Reworked the first puzzle
-Removed timeout.
-Added an example image of how to pass the puzzle.
-Added diode image to its description.
-Now disabled fields are empty, not to disorient the player.
Performance improve
We reworked tessellation and some effects. Now you will get around 3-5 fps higher inside the Memority. It is clearly visible in the abandoned part of the hospital.
Working web browser
Now you can access internet (actual internet) on every in-game computer that is connected to the web.
Bugfixes and other...
-Redused bloom and blur effects.
-Improved lvldesign in some places.
-Removed strange effect in the beginning of the gameplay.
-Changed some note's locations. To correspond the story better.
-Improved some lighting effects.

Performance Patch 1.1

Thanks you so much for your feedback! We have done a performance patch, that will increase fps noticeably (up to 10 fps). The biggest difference is on ultra settings. We reworked graphic scaling settings, antaliasing and some other effects! ːsteamhappyː
