Bugfixes include:

2. Bethlehem is now escapable

21/10 - Update 0.8.0 + Bug Fixes
New update! Version 0.8.0 includes the following features and bug fixes:
1. Music is now in the game!
2. If you "reached level 2" and glitched yesterday, that was an old exit from a previous build - try again! Your exits are now... in another castle.
3. THERE IS ONE TRUE PATH TO ESCAPE LEVEL ONE, AND SO FAR NOBODY HAS FOUND IT YET. A SACRIFICE WILL BE NECESSARY.
4. Hard Mode / Adjust Brightness has now been made genuinely hard.

Welcome to Level One of The Dark Room!
It wasn't always our plan to release the game in parts, but I think the team at Stirfire and I have put together a damn good adventure that you'll really enjoy/ become insane with rage at - especially when you realise how many changes we can slide into the updates when the game is literally folks being trapped in a dark room.
There's 60 minutes of specially-created mo-cap footage in this level alone, and a host of puzzles and traps. Good luck. I'm going to see how you all do getting out of level one before I offer a reward. :-)
