Real Places of The End of The Sun - "The Witch" Rock - #1

It's been less than 2 weeks since the release of The End of the Sun. The game is receiving more and more great reviews from you, which motivates us incredibly to continue our work!
The incredibly good news is that the number of all reviews on Steam has exceeded 100 and the number of reviews in the overall summary on the main page is 65 (100% positive reviews), which changed the summary from "Positive" to "Very Positive". It depends on the number of reviews. Thank you for each opinion, we check them every day and respond if we can! :)
We are planning to release the second set of your reviews soon, we also have ideas for further entries about the game. (Such as highlighting fragments of the best let's plays, summarizing reviews, or competitions related to the best screenshots and much more!) Soon in the discussion section (to which we invite you.)
We will also open a thread in which we will inform you about what we are planning to add in the game updates, we will decide on the priority of changes based on your opinions, but more on that in the next update!
Real places from The End of The Sun
The "Witch" Rock - "Stone City" Nature Reserve
With this news, however, we would like to open a new series of entries about places and objects that you can see in The End of the Sun and which also exist in the real world! We have been creating the game in 2 person team for 8 years. We visited many interesting places, monuments and museums. In each of the entries, we would like to write a bit about one such place.
Today, in a few sentences, we would like to mention the most characteristic rock in the whole game. We are talking about a rock called "The Witch" which is located in the "Stone City" Nature Reserve in Ciężkowice.
In Game View: Real-world View (...and 2 of us :D )
This rock is an amazing formation, deceptively resembling a witch with a very long nose. There is a legend around the rock about an evil witch who was turned into a rock for her evil deeds.
"Czarownica" means "The Witch" in polish.
In The End of the Sun, you can see "The Witch" exactly like it is in the real world as we scanned it using photogrammetry. What's more, there is an easter egg and a Steam achievement associated with it that you can unlock. Now you know where we got the inspiration for them! If you have questions about some achievements, in the discussion section many of you help each other and give tips in this matter, which is amazing! :)
Near "The Witch" in the reserve flows a river, which we also included in the game. You can see all these beautiful views in the game! We hope that now you know a little more about one of the many places in our game and that one day you will be able to see them in the real world!

We want to let you know about an important decision we've made: the current demo of The End of The Sun has been deactivated from Steam.
Why did we decide to do this?
The demo available on Steam is now over two years old. That’s quite a long time, and during this period, the game has evolved significantly. We feel that the current demo no longer represents the true quality or experience of the game. As its creators, we believe it falls short of the standard we want to deliver—especially when compared to the full version of the game, which will be available in just a few days!
For two years, you’ve had the chance to explore the demo and get a glimpse of what the game has to offer. In the future, we may create a brand-new demo that better showcases the current state of The End of The Sun. However, as a two-person development team, we simply don’t have the resources to do that right now. Our priority is putting the finishing touches on the full game to ensure it’s the best experience it can be.
