First, thank you for actively participating in the Steam Beta from Oct 20th to Oct 26th. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to some connection delays and other issues.
We received a lot of feedback during the Steam Beta via different channels, and we are looking into them thoroughly and ensuring that not even a word is missed. We tried to improve the inconveniences our Descendants mentioned through issue patches, graphics options addition, and optimization patches for a better gameplay experience during the short Beta period. However, we would like to apologize as this has taken away the time for our Descendants to enjoy our game due to the frequent unintended maintenance.
We will take all the feedback received regarding the inconveniences, including localization, game content, action, motion, UI/UX convenience features, and optimization issues, and implement them to improve our game. We will do our best to provide a more pleasant and advanced gameplay experience when we meet again.
We hope you'll be with us on our journey from the Steam Beta to the official launch. We will continue to listen to the opinions of our Descendants through various channels.

We recommend that you check the driver version below and update it to the latest version. ■ Latest Graphics Card Compatibility - For newer graphics cards such as Intel’s Arc A750, A770, and NVIDIA’s Geforce RTX 4090, the Beta Test may be unstable due to the lack of sufficient tests.
■ Rune Socket Type - After granting the Rune socket type, the Rune socket will be available once you press [Enter] to equip it. If you press [ESC], the granted Rune socket type will not be displayed, and the current state will be maintained. If you press [T], the button for the socket type change, you'll be able to check the equipped socket type.
■ Translation Issues A total of seven languages are available in the Steam Beta Test. As there may be language-related errors during this Beta Test period, we look forward to receiving your feedback. Please feel free to give us feedback on the translation so that we can improve the translation with higher quality in diverse ways before the launch.
■ In-Game Notice Banner [Close] Button Not Showing - Occasionally, the in-game notice banner [Close] button is not showing. This can be resolved by exiting and restarting the game. We apologize for the inconvenience.
