The Last Case of Benedict Fox Concept Art Pieces

Hello detectives,

Today we wanted to give you a peek behind our production veil. Before a game becomes a playable medium, it starts off as thoughts and ideas either written on pages of a doc, in notepads, or on the occasional napkin. Ideas also take shape in the form of concept pieces - artwork that shows off the mood, the atmosphere, and the design of the game.

Below are a few official concept pieces from our game. I hope they’ll make you feel something too.

Let us know what you think of them below. We’re always eager to hear your thoughts.

Until next time,

New gameplay and trailer revealed and Gamescom award won!

Hello detectives,

Although Gamescom seems now like a distant memory, it’s definitely one that we won’t forget for a long time. During that week in Cologne, we showed a lot more from The Last Case of Benedict Fox. So for all of you that missed out on all the Gamescom news, here are both of our new videos in one place.

Let’s start with our deep dive into the gameplay itself. Showcased at the Future Games Show from Gamescom, our Creative Director Bartek took the audiences on a tour of the mansion and the world of limbo. You can take that tour yourself down below:

That wasn’t all that we had planned for the show. We also revealed a brand new gameplay trailer which you can watch it right here.

And finally, some fantastically-unexpected news for our studio. The Last Case of Benedict Fox won the Most Wanted Microsoft Xbox Game Award at Gamescom 2022! To say we are stunned is an understatement. This is a huge honour for our studio and it was an absolute blast hearing the news that we won. Below you can watch our Bartek accept the award on the main Opening Night Live stage. What a moment that was for all of us Plot Twisters.

So, what did you think of the new gameplay videos? Does the atmosphere intrigue you? How about the gameplay? How do you feel about Benedict’s powers and tattoos? We want to hear all about it from you, so let us know all your thoughts in the comment section below.

Until next time,
