Game will no longer be sold on steam!
Hey people that might find their way reading this post,

I would just like to say that I know this game was not the best built and I am still glad that it made a lot of you laugh along with very supportive feedback which I really appreciated.

Now for the reason why this game will no longer be sold on steam is that the games build was corrupted due to hardware issues, as for the current published build I am sure were all aware that it has problematic bugs and issues and it would not be right for me to keep selling this game to people when I am unable to fix such issues.

I have to just say how shocked I am from how supportive and friendly the steam community has been to me and I am really thankful for all of you. However I am sure some of you are wondering (probably not) how profitable this game was.... Well I was able to pay some bills here and there but that was about it lol. This project was really a learning experience for me and I feel I can do better than this, I rushed this project, I had goals in mind but I was so occupied with school and personal issues that I scrapped my passion and just threw this out here and said good enough. That was just not fair to you or other developers that have actual quality work they want to to share with the world and here I am just blocking them from getting seen and for that I apologize. I have a passion for developing games that have immersive stories and that are difficult and challenging, and thanks to all your great support I plan on continuing to try and develop a game that I would be proud to release and show to you guys.

With that said, I really appreciate anyone who supported me in this project and I wish you the best :)

There has been a lot of amazing coverage of this game and it feels really good to see people enjoying something I made :)

I cannot thank you all enough for the kind words and awesome feedback!
This game has received a lot of attention and there has been some great youtube reviews on it!

I know there are several issues and I am working really hard to fix them and working on adding new features that were suggested.

- Made some hitchhikers a little easier (As requested xD)

- Fixed issue of getting stuck and not being able to exit your vehicle

- Fixed some grammar mistakes

- Edited dialogue

- Fixed the FOV

- Rewriting scripts to help with frame rate issues

(Patch Notes) Steam Release Build!! (v3.0.2)
Today The Road Trip officially goes live on steam!

I am so excited to see how people react to this game and its story, the humor might not be for everyone, which is completely fine but if anyone has any constructive criticism, I am all ears!

If for any reason anyone has difficulties playing or needs assistance with this game, please ask away in the discussions!

For the questions regarding the low price for the game, I have no plans of ever raising it and would rather have more people play it and receive feedback.

Pushing Release For Another Day! (05/27/2018)
A few issues have occurred when implementing controller support and just need a day to polish it up.

Nothing to serious but should be adjusted before releasing, there should be no other delays and sorry for any inconvenience! :)
