Yup.
It's in your game, right now.
You just need to go here...
And then select this.
And you get this:
We're pretty pleased with it, frankly. An entirely new campaign for you to explore, for free. *And* the game is at 40% off for the next five days! If you've already purchased, please tell a friend!
The Linux version of The Signal From Tölva is now live! So that's a good thing. As ever, please report any issues you uncover and we'll try to obliterate them in a future update.
Thanks!
We've also talked about a few other things, good or otherwise, over at the BR blog.
Love you!

Mac version now live, -50% sale on.
Hey!
The Signal From Tölva is -50% off all week on Steam! Tell your chums and things.
Also we've just pushed the Mac version live. We've had a quite a few issues with this, so apologies for the delay. As usual, let us know if you find any issues, particularly crash bug issues, and we'll get on it. We've had some odd performance reports, especially with regards to input, so we'll continue tinkering.
In the meantime don't forget that we update with news regularly over on our Twitter.
Cheers!

Minor Update: HUD Scaling For Ultra Res
Hello!
We've just pushed a new build up that better scales the HUD to support resolutions greater than 1080p. Just a minor rationalisation, but some folk were asking!
There are also some minor Unity updates to the engine too, which might result in performance increases on some systems.
Mac & Linux Versions
We're hunting down a couple of last bugs for this and do some more private testing with friends before we push these live. Shouldn't be too much longer.
cheers!

Update From Tölva - 50% Off Sale! Other Stuff!
Hello there!
FIFTY PERCENT!
We've got a bit of news for you: firstly we're the daily deal on Steam today, which means 50% off for the first time. Please tell your friends! And your enemies, they need to know, too.
BIG MAC (NEWS)
Nextly: We are working on the Mac version of the game at the moment and plan to deploy a beta release next week. Obviously we'll announce that when it happens, but we wanted to give you advance warning. There will also be some tweaks pushed to the Windows version
And yes, we'll look at Linux after that! :D
EXPANSION: ICE VARIANT
Olly and Jim are busy working on the free expansion right now - which we're calling ICE VARIANT - and it's making tremendous progress. It's still a way off yet, because we're building some excellent unique stuff for it, but we think you'll like it.
Some quite early screenshots. We'll show off some winter weather shots soon, too.
PERFORMANCE BITS
Dan has been looking at some performance improvements to follow the patch we'll push out alongside the Mac beta. These may or not prove to be minor, but they should help in some specific cases where people have been seeing unexpected low FPS. Expect that in a future patch.
Cheers!

AMD Fix Update (17.7.1 Drivers)
Hello! Just a quickie...
It looks like the latest AMD drivers (17.7.1) do indeed fix our crash issue with R9 cards. We've yet to get that verified by AMD themselves, but it appears to work for us and some other players. Do let us know if you're an R9 user and still have issues.
More soon!
New Things, Fixed Things, Future Things, Other Things!
Hello, Tölvans! (Signallers..? No, that sounds weird.) Anyway, hello. We've got some news, and a small update.
Second Patch: Fixes and Free Camera
Hello there!
We've just made a new patch live. It shouldn't change anything in your ongoing saved games, but please do let us know if you spot anything.
We've included the option to launch the game with a free cam mode if you're into screenshot stuff. Beware it can and will break the game, so we've kept it to a command line option. Take a look in the readme.txt in the root for details, and then follow instructions on screen. It will allow you to capture nice panning video as well as super-high res screen dumps.
Patch bits:
Fix Traveller achievement. (Jim's fault! Sorry.)
Make all zones/weapons/missions achievements unlock when loading save games.
Make rank achievements unlock when attaining any higher rank (so, e.g., hitting rank 3 will also grant the rank 1 achievement if you don't already have it).
Reverted to non-exclusive fullscreen. We tried this out because a few people had requested it and exclusive was slightly faster, but it proved too annoying. Unfortunately because it's a build-only function in Unity we can't offer it as a game option.
Added difficulty selection. This is a bit of a work in progress as it only currently changes the damage taken by the player. In future we might also look at imposing different behaviour "personalities" on these guys depending on difficulty options. Beware Easy is VERY EASY :) Difficulty settings can be applied in your current game using the escape menu.
Added tourist camera option (see readme.txt in game folder root).
Included lorebook PDF in game folder for ytour convenience - this is still in the manual for the Steam page, too.
Fixed some scoped weapons inverting axes when zoomed.
Dropguns now take damage on their wings.
Maze achievement timer no longer keeps counting if you transfer to a new drone from the maze.
Increased size/legibility of contextual help.
Hiding HUD no longer changes overall game colour.
Added readme file to explain tourist mode.
That's all for now. We're going to be adding more stuff in the coming weeks and should have news about Other Things soon!
PS: if you are interested in development stuff we have a new devblog up over here.
cheers,

That Free Lorebook, And Also Just A Quick Public Service Announcement
Hey everyone!
Thanks for coming on board. We hope you are enjoying exploring Tölva. This has been a real labour of love for our five-man squad and we're so happy to finally be able to share it.
Some quick things:
- People have been asking how to access the lorebook on Steam: we uploaded it as the manual. If you hit that on the game page you'll see you have the 48-page illustrated PDF of game lore written by Jim Rossignol and Cass Khaw, and illustrated by Ian McQue. It's beautiful, and it's complimentary with all copies of the game. :)
- Patch 1 is coming very soon with bug fixes, new game options, shootable mantabirds and (probably) some performance fixes.
- We're discussing a content patch right now.
- If you have had a graphics-driver crash with an AMD system (or for any other reason) then please do file the outputlog_txt, ideally over at https://forum.big-robot.com/ We are working on this.
- The Mac and Linux versions missed our launch date because of an intractable tech issue. We will be looking at that shortly and will provide more information on that situation soon as possible.
