Hi all, this is Davey, the writer and originator of The Stanley Parable. I'm making this post to let you know that I've just announced a new game that I've been working on for a number of years, called Wanderstop.
Wanderstop is a narrative-centric cozy game about managing a tea shop and going through difficult changes. It's certainly a departure for me, a style of game I've never really worked on before, but I'm pretty dang happy with what we've managed to create. Our announcement trailer does a pretty decent job of capturing the narrative tone and the gameplay that you can expect:

From now on and until release, we’ll be releasing weekly updates, starting with the return of The Stanley Parable Helpful Development Showcase. We'll be sending that out via our email list which you can subscribe to here!

I’m sure you’ve all got a lot of questions about what you can expect from The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. Since The Stanley Parable is a game about surprises, we've tried to implement new content in ways that players won't be expecting. The script for this new content is longer than the entire original game.
The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is Content Complete! Wishlist Now!
After more than three years of full time development, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is content complete and preparing for release on consoles and home computers! We need a little more time to finalise all of the paperwork and protocols involved in simultaneously releasing a game on many different platforms, but we can now confirm that the game will be released in Early 2022.
In The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, everything you remember has been recreated, yet it's different somehow. We've been here before, haven't we? Is Stanley still the same as he was back then? Or is it you who has changed?
As we approach our release window, we’ll be revealing launch platforms, a specific release date, more footage, trailers, teasers, screenshots and MORE, both in our emails and on our Discord. For now, if you can spare the 10 seconds to wishlist that would be really helpful for the game’s visibility and very much appreciated by the whole development team.
We’ve been keeping everything about this game tightly under wraps in order to preserve all the surprises and secrets in store for you and we can’t wait for you to see it all! Our team and our external collaborators have put a lot of great work into developing the game and we’re all really proud of what we’ve put together.

OSX launch
Yeah we finally released the game for OSX! You'll only need to validate cache files if you had downloaded the Windows version on OSX -- maybe not even that!
