Well, we get some feedbacks that not everybody is ready for hardcore spikes acrobatics.

If a broblin (bro-goblin) wants you to bring some item to him you'll see a question mark above him. If you find and get this item then you'll see an exclamation mark above him.
So, shortly, usually you need to run to somebody with exclamation mark :)
We hope it could make the side-quests (the only we have) more clear to players
