This first version shows the base of our idea with plenty of room for future improvement. We are looking forward to receiving feedback from players. We also have a roadmap showing what we still want to achieve with the game.
There Won't Be Light
The game is set in a ancient dark maze where the only source of light is activated by the player's voice. One must be careful to control their voice, in order to avoid drawing the attention of the ancient spawns. A ritual must be complete by the players to grant their victory. As you finish steps of the rituals, new dangers come up...
There is a single player mode, and a co-op mode, where you can count on help from your friends!

There Won't be Light: new features and release date set to 23th September!
Hi everyone!
As our Playtest has finished, we gathered a lot of feedback from your tests, and we are implementing all new features and fixing the bugs. First of all, let's jump into the features that will be available with the game's release on Early Access:
Purge Mode (Cooperative up to 5 players): Beware of the entity in the darkness. In this cooperative mode, you and your friends must complete the ritual while the monster hunts you. But beware of your voice, since whomever that lies in the shadows will hear you.
Flashlight mode: Our game uses your voice as a light mode. But sometimes, you just want to play the classic way. The flashlight mode changes the session to a flashlight as your light, and the voice just a VoIP feature.
We will also be removing the Possessed mode until further tests make it more stable. Many people enjoyed it, but we are not satisfied with the results yet. When it's in a better state, we will bring it back.
Last, but not least, There Won't be Light is set to be released by 23th September, with the price of $4.99 (or the equivalent regional price set by Steam).
But, even though it's the release, we need your opinion, because your feedback is still crucial! Your feedback allowed us to better tune our game and find bugs to fix them. The game is set to be released in Early Access, and it's your opinion that will allow us to better improve our game!
