[Metal Beast Fu Xi] Action cost +1.
[Metal Beast Qiu Niu] Action cost +1.
[Metal Beast Ba Xia] Action cost -1.
[Metal Beast Ya Zi] Action cost -1. Base damage becomes 16.
[Metal Beast Chao Feng] This card will be exhausted when used.

The Theseus Protocol is now officially unlocked, and welcome to the Cyber world full of unknowns! The price is $9.99, 10% off for the first week!
The first version includes 2 characters 6 weapons, 140 weapon enhancement modules, 244 cards, 3 different maps, 6 bosses, 8 elite enemies and 40 normal enemies, 26 props and 107 pieces of equipment randomly dropped, and hidden content waiting for you to find out ~
Compared to the Beta version, the EA version will have the following changes:
Dozens of cards have been added for Nena, and the mind value system has been redesigned (we will continue to watch her performance)
New random neutral units such as exploding barrels/obstacles appearing in battle within the game
Some brand new enemy mechanics have been added and monsters will become stronger
New enemy attack types have been added, allowing attacks on terrain grids and adding damage beacons (animation performance is still under improvement)
Added self-adaptation for non-16:9 resolution screens
Also, we fixed a variety of issues (it's hard to fix them all, but we've fixed most of the known issues so far)

EA version release date confirmed
The EA release date for "The Theseus Protocol" has been set for January 17, 2023, and the game does not include in-app purchase items.
At that time, you will be able to experience the following content:
2 controllable characters, Charlotte, and Nena. Charlotte can unlock up to 4 weapons and Nena can unlock up to 2 weapons.
Weapon system [Hippocampus Reflow] containing 140 weapon enhancement modules, with different weapon schools that can bring more gains to the battle.
244 cards, divided into three categories: offensive, defensive, and tactical cards. Different characters will have their own exclusive cards.
107 pieces of equipment, which can be matched with the right equipment according to your need.

We are excited to tell you guys that Theseus Protocol has launched Beta Test this week.
During the test we received a lot of feedback and recommendation. We would like to thank you all for your patience and support!
After hearing from you, we have made some changes for better gaming experience. Here’s what we’ve done at the newest patch:
1. Fix all known bugs.
2. Improve UI for Weapon Chip and Weapon Info in combat
3. Performance optimization, lower PC requirement.
4. Update sound effect to some UI and monsters (will keep updating)
5. Add new icon to equipment (will keep updating)
6. Balance change: The Metal Beast Series are now Exhaust.
7. Improve action performance of some enemies.

About the game.
Theseus Protocol is a deck-building strategy game set in a futuristic cyberpunk world. You will play as "Prometheus" in this treacherous and ever-changing cyber world, wandering through different territories, encountering ruthless enemies, and uncovering the darkest secrets of Mark Town.
As the mysteries hidden beneath Mark City come to light, players will engage in high-octane turn-based battles and unleash an arsenal of extraordinary cards against brutal adversaries. When spending any available action points, tactical thinking will always be the key to victory. Execute an all-out offensive strike, or utilize a few cards to fuel Prometheus’ weapons? Strategically move position in anticipation of an attack, or build up a solid defense? The fate of humanity lies within the ultimate deck and a masterful strategy.
What you can experience in this Beta Test:
1. A new character, Nena, is now available!
Character background story.
As a gifted and respected repair master (self-appointed), Nena became a paraplegic after an unfortunate repair accident.
Unable to enjoy a normal life, Nena was given the opportunity to change her fate with the help of a little scientific power, a gift from the Extreme Foundation - a central nerve simulation chip called "Sting", and a 3D-built imitation body to give her a new life.
Since then, Nena and Sting live together and become witnesses to the whole protocol ......
Character Play Description.
Nena has a new emotion mechanic; Nena's moodiness brings more uncertainty to the battle. Players playing cards will lower her mood, while weapon charges will raise her mood. The cost of a player playing a card goes up when she's in a low mood, and she gains an extra boost when her mood is high. (No spoilers here, you can discover for yourself~)
A series of cards dedicated to Nena's emotions; they will provide a high gain effect when the character is emotionally unstable but comes with the risk of making emotions even more out of control. Nena also has two forms to change. In the second form the damage is higher but with more unstable emotions. While she will deal ranged damage to the enemy when she turns back to Nena.
Once emotions get out of control, some actions will no longer be controllable!
2. new third map level, new level boss and elite monsters
Kangaroo boxer with autonomous counterattack, after you launch an attack to give you clunk three punches with swiftness.
Does it hurt? Pain is right! You need to find a way out of this unfair competition!
The three Valkyrie sisters are a special tactical squad, specializing in hunting down all those who are on the consortium's death list.

3. Rich weapon development system, unlock more weapons to play
At the end of each battle, the credits gained can enter the weapon development system to upgrade weapons. This is not only the weapon damage value improvement.
Yan Ling, a gun that can only attack singularly, can inflict a full attack on all enemies after performing a credit upgrade. When facing multiple enemies, it can output damage more effectively.

About Theseus Protocol, the problems that may be encountered in the Beta test.
