HELIBORNE: ENHANCED EDITION AVAILABLE NOW!

Heliborne is one of the most successful Klabater's releases. Initially released in 2017, it remains one of the publisher’s flagships. Today we would love to let you know that the game just debuted in its ultimate shape!
Heliborne, the Ultimate Helicopter Warfare Experience, is now taken to new heights as the game officially becomes Heliborne: Enhanced Edition! The game’s definitive edition brings not only tons of improvement and new content but also debuts at a new price (29,99 USD/EUR) for both the game and all DLCs included!
From now on there is only one ‘Enhanced’ edition of the game containing the base game with all the DLCs released until now (over a dozen!) in the price of the regular game! Klabater decided that all the gamers who already paid for the original edition will now receive Enhanced Edition and ALL DLCs for free!
Heliborne: Enhanced Edition is the next big step for the franchise, meant as a final version of the Heliborne game dedicated to those who love the game already but also for newcomers. It has been almost a week since our Kickstarter campaign has started and thanks to you, we have managed to gather more than 20%! But we are not slowing down! Expect REALLY big news later this week! ːsteamhappyː
In order to celebrate this milestone, we would like to share more information about the original Soundtrack in the game!
While creating the game’s pacing, we have to gradually build up an atmosphere depending on the player’s actions. When it comes to stealth/survival genre, music is a vital part of the gameplay. Especially, when the game is story-driven, the soundtrack is one of the most important things that count towards overall gaming experience.
Despite the fact that the actual gameplay is set in the late 60s and early 70s, our composer AGIM decided to follow the inspiration of the 80s music and B class cinematography. The main inspiration point was John Carpenter and the movie “Escape from New York” to which Carpenter has also written the music. It took AGIM sometime before he realized that Carpenters’ approach to film music is not a “cliche” approach but rather it was both a conscious and cautious approach to the soundtrack. What’s more, he decided to enrich this approach with ethnic sounds referring to his Albanian origins. We are pretty sure that you will be really surprised by this mix while playing the game!
AGIM wanted his music to reflect the emotions that gamers may experience during the course of the game, not only by literally illustrating the moments when it appears. This is why he didn’t want to follow the late 60s and early 70s theme and instead, he proposed to follow his idea of referencing the 80s times - and it ended up being the perfect combination for the game! Nothing is unequivocal here!
AGIM is a restless innovator and experimenter of the Polish electronic scene. He is the founder of Őszibarack band together with bassist Tomasz Dogiel, vocalist Patrycja Hefczyńska and drummer Marcin Drewnik. With this group, he has released 4 albums till now, which concluded in the invitation to many abroad festivals. For the last couple of years, together with Igor Pudło from Skalpel band and Janek Młynarski, he co-created the group Nervy which combined the sounds of real instruments and synthesizers. Right now he continues this project solo, supported by a brass section which ended up with the live concert in May at the legendary Berlin-based Berghain Club.
The strong inspiration of Berlin's club atmosphere, modern techno scene, and an incredibly huge and rich workshop - this is how you can describe what AGIM has to offer. He is also a producer who likes to enter the role of a remixer, taking on for example compositions of Noviki, Hey, or Baascha.
AGIM has managed to create an unbelievable audio theme, with specific dramaturgy, which later has been stripped of all of its layers and cut into fragments. Afterward, PUNCH PUNK programmers have developed a special engine around it, which makes the layers react in accordance with the player’s actions. AGIM has offered his music, however, the whole dramaturgy is built by the player’s actions. If that is not an inventive way to create music in the game, we don’t know what is ːsteamhappyː
The soundtrack will be released by highly acclaimed [PIAS] RECORDINGS - an independent record label with a global reach. Part of the [PIAS] group, it’s home to a diverse and eclectic group of international recording artists. Once AGIM has made the sounds - [Pias] Recordings immediately showed an interest in publishing it not only in the Digital version but also on something that real music lovers will appreciate greatly - VINYL record.

This is why we sometimes share some information with all the fans of our games here on Steam via publisher announcements. Today we would like to introduce you to This is the Zodiac Speaking, an ambitious game created by a team of award-winning writers, developers, acclaimed musicians, and even a legendary music label!
$13 000 and world fame – this is what This is the Zodiac Speaking developers are aiming for! Today Punch Punk Games (developer) and Klabater (publisher) have launched a 30-day Kickstarter campaign.
This is the Zodiac Speaking is a fact-based single-player noir/psychological thriller based on the story of Zodiac, one of the most famous never-caught serial killers. It mixes vintage ’70s California visuals and an original epic cinematic soundtrack with gameplay elements that include classic horror, investigation, stealth mechanics, and multiple endings to discover. It offers two unique gameplay modes, one that blends storytelling with stealth-action gameplay and the other (Detective Mode) that emphasizes immersive investigative storytelling.
Play as San Francisco journalist Robert Hartnell. Robert receives a mysterious phone call from the serial killer Zodiac who greets him with the infamous ‘hello, this is the Zodiac speaking’. This single event kicks off a series of events that will take Robert down a spiraling path toward confronting one of America’s most notorious killers and...his own past.

And though this game is by no means a homage to serial killers, it’s a story about their victims and the people who survived,” said Krzysztof Grudziński, Director and Narrative Designer in Punch Punk Games “The selection of Zodiac is the backdrop we are using to tell a unique story about a troubled protagonist, a San Francisco based journalist Robert Hartnell, who one day receives an ominous phone call. The co-author of the script to This is the Zodiac Speaking is Lukasz Orbitowski, one of the best Polish writers, laureate of the ultra-prestigious Paszporty Polityki pop-cultural award and nominated for the Nike Award (most important literature prize). Orbitowski is one of Poland's most important horror authors. Together with Krzysztof Grudziński, Head of Punch Punk Games, they plunged into the dark and dangerous 70s to produce an immersive and mature story.

Music for the game was created by AGIM, a restless innovator and experimenter of the Polish electronic music scene. The official soundtrack from the game will be published in Europe (digital distribution and vinyl edition) by a legendary electronic music label, Pias Recordings. The amazing soundtrack prepared by A_GIM, an acclaimed DJ, instantly sparked the interest among the Pias team. Pias will work with Klabater, the publisher of the game.
