1.0.5 Rebalancing Update

Adjusted the controls and bunch of levels to bring down some extreme difficulty especially end game.

-Player now slips less overall.
-Whole 5th theatre and some other unintentionally difficult levels have been adjusted. With new ropes, fireball speed adjustments, etc.
-Each theatre's No Deaths achievement dying limit increased from 5 to 10. Superstar achievement requirement increased from 25 to 50.

Spooky Theatre update out now!

Celebrate Halloween with the new Spooky Theatre! New haunted levels have been added to the Extra Theatres menu, along with new achievements to earn!
