Reports of a crash being resolved right now.

Hello everyone. We have a report of the game crashing on start up. I am working on resolving this issue right now, and in less than one hour I should have this issue resolved. If anyone else is having this issue please be patient. This crash did not happen to me and it is hard to repo when that does not happen. I am cooking a new build right now and will upload it as soon as it is done.

Hello everyone.

Today I plan on launching the 4.8 update we have all been waiting for.

What we will have is

Better levels

More levels

Better FPS rate (I am actually able to play on EPIC settings in the indoor levels)

Greatly Greatly improved the outside City level as well.

Better game play and more.

I do want to warn everybody their is a new bug where the zombies spawn in in a weird way, and may turn their back on you. If this happens do not worry we are working on it. Shouldn't be to much of an issue, but its their and we will fix it.

Update after this will get the rest of the story in game, and fix that bug, and focus on whats coming next after that.

Reaching Out to the Community.

Hello all! There are going to be some big changes, and not just to the game. Firstly, I am having someone write out my announcements and updates, to avoid any confusion with grammar.

Secondly, I am planning to lower Time Ramesside's pricing to just 99cents, if Steam accepts my price-change form. Even if they don't, I will keep emailing them and work to lower the game's price to a reasonable level, like many have requested. I won't give up!

Thirdly, I need everyone in the community, and even outside of it, to let me know the biggest bugs and complaints they have. This is important, because I really want to make Time Ramesside as good as possible. We will even write down your complaints and address the most common ones first! If we're having trouble with a particular problem, we'll let you know, and we'll answer your questions as soon as possible.

I know Time Ramesside has gotten a lot of negative attention, and I know it isn't perfect by a long shot, but I really want to turn things around! Your criticism and support is the best way to help. Thank you for believing in me! I won't give up!

4.8 upgrade done!

Hello everyone!

We have successfully upgraded to 4.8 UE4. Now I have to do a ton of testing, and the first run building the game takes a good few hours to load all the assets. So I am really hoping to have the new build up tomorrow. Again this is a MASS MAJOR update.

New Update! Polished A Lot Story in Game

Hello everyone!

1. Started to implement the story back in game
2. Game now ends
3. Middle Level fully revamped and polished. Blends in much better and plays much better in game.
4. Last level fully revamped and polished.

This was a pretty big update. We have one more big update coming out right now my programmer is about half down converting 4.6 to 4.8. I was informed a lot changed from 4.6 to 4.8 so its taken a bit longer than I like but should be done no later than August 2nd. This will be a MASS update. Better A.I More levels, better path finding. As EPic stated Hundreds of bugs are fixed, and a lot of bugs you are experiencing will be fixed as well when the conversion is complete.

The game should be much more enjoyable now.

Also Multi Player will be coming out as a seperate patch aiming for the end of August!

Improved Editor Stability and Quality of Life

This was a really big focus for Unreal Engine 4.8. With every Unreal Engine release we fix hundreds of bugs and add many new features, but with Unreal Engine 4.8 we've worked hard to improve editor and game stability, as well as to address many of the most common engine bugs and small feature requests. We hope that the result is a very solid engine runtime and editor, and we'll continue to make stability a big focus of future releases.

New: SteamVR/HTC Vive Support

Unreal Engine now has comprehensive support for Valve's SteamVR API and HTC Vive hardware!


This is why we have done a lot of work in 4.8 and we had a slight hickup, but like I said we should have the game converted to 4.8 from 4.6 in the next couple of days. Well worth the time and effort.
