The 1.0.2 update is in the beta branch. Moving it to default after some testing.
- Force submitting of achievements when entering main menu
- Submitting achievements multiple times by default to make sure the unlock on Steam
- Performance optimizations (these might help slower machines even though the game isn't very demanding to start with)
If you're having trouble with achievements unlocking on Steam, try this now! Let us know if this solves the achievement problems a couple of users have had.

Mac & Linux Versions Now Available!
Mac & Linux versions are now available officially - have fun! The Linux version is still lacking FXAA, but we'll add it when the game is updated later.
Linux & Mac Coming Up!
We're currently testing Linux & Mac versions of Time Recoil. They should be out in the near future. If you have the game, you can find the Linux and Mac versions in the beta branch. You can't buy the game for those platforms yet though.

Time Recoil Released!
We're happy to release Time Recoil - a top-down shooter where you kill to slow time!
We started prototyping different concepts on top of Neon Chrome in Sep 2016 or so. During this time we went through a handful of different versions before we ended up with the "kill to slow time" mechanic which then became Time Recoil.
Today we have a game that offers an unique take on the top-down shooter genre. The game draws inspiration from SUPERHOT and Hotline Miami but ends up in a different place still. If you like those games, you'll probably like Time Recoil as well.
The story mode offers on average 3-4 hours of gameplay at normal difficulty level and even more if you play on hardcore. After you conquer the lower difficulty levels you're allowed to replay on murderous which is a lot more challenging.
After that you can delve into the Mission Archive and make your own record time and see how you fare on the online leaderboards. We've seen some unbelievable solutions which result in some astonishingly low level times. Can't wait to see what solutions people come up with in Time Attack mode :)

Friday Update
Working hard to iron out some of the last kinks and adding the final touches. The latest update includes the following:
- one new dream scene for story
- went through the dialogue with some help
- fixed typos
- first mission has now better story
- enemies do not shoot when time multi < 0.02 (in time freeze)
- if less than two items, do not display counters for inventory
- Propov is now Popov
- Dunhill actor integrated
- you can now melee kill jansson and director in certain missions
- time attack time coloring improved
- filled empty rooms in hub
- no AR in level before killing mr time to make it more stable difficultywise
- chapter 5 is presented after the hub
- the important people in the hub must live in attack level
- disabled melee in some dream scenes
Beta Version Updated
The beta version was just updated and we're almost done. One week to go before release. We make a few changes this week still and focus on testing for the last few days next week. This update included the following changes.
