It's out 😳

Biggest announcement within the last 7 years of development.

TIRELESS is officially released 🎉

I have no words to describe how happy I am to see this project finally reach its final form. Due to my circumstances over the years, development had slowed down drastically, but, here we are. I am overwhelmingly thankful to everyone that's been here, supporting me on this journey.

When I first started working on TIRELESS my number one goal was to finally see a game project through till the end. I worked on several different game dev projects before TIRELESS and I always failed to finalize them.

There were plenty of mistakes I've made. The development of this project hasn't been the smoothest, but I can finally, for the first time say that I did it.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity I was hoping for with early access when it comes to receiving feedback, the game still hasn't been tested by enough people to make a good judgement of it's state, but I've personally spent hundreds of hours in the past 9 months since EA release, testing and releasing updates trying my best to assure the best experience I can provide.

With the release come some quality of life changes along with more bug fixes as well as 2 exciting last levels of the game, looking forward to players trying those out!

I'm open to feedback, and still here to work on issues that players report so please let me know if you experience any problems 😘

Patch Update 3.12.24

- A major issue with resolution scaling has been fixed for users with multiple monitor setups.
- Potential fix for an issue with portals.
- A subtle brightness fluctuation bug fixed.

New Level Update - 20.11.24

New update is out!

- Level 7 is fully available to play, however, as every level when they are first release, it's in playtest phase. Changes may be made based on user feedback and so please be sure to share your thoughts with me through discord or in-game feedback.

- A significant change to how lives are gained has been made. Life orbs have been removed, and now you gain a life every time you reach a new checkpoint.

- Plugged-in gamepad no longer vibrates if you're playing on mouse and keyboard.

- Bug fixes, bug fixes...

Enjoy this update everyone!

Patch Update 10.7.24

This is a graphically focused update. There are improvements in visual clarity along with improvements to optimization. There are also significant changes to the easy mode difficulty, making respawns no longer limited.

Patch Update 29.5.24

This patch is focused on improving and fixing performance issues that have been reported. Menus should run smoother and performance on the low quality settings should bring a reasonable FPS boost. Includes minor bug fixes.

Patch Update 14.5.24

For anyone that has custom keybinds, you may need to set them up again after this patch, however, this patch tries to insure that keybinds work for those that struggled with mapping custom keys on their end, especially gamepad keys.

Early Access Release

Hey there!

The time has come. One massive step towards the release of this game is the early access. In so many ways, this will be helpful towards the development of the game.

I'm proud of what the game has become after years of work. I've spent countless hours developing and playtesting, always striving to improve based on feedback. This game is a labor of love, and I'm thrilled to call it mine.

So, why early access? Feedback is crucial. As a developer, I can't always see everything, and I rely on players to point out flaws and share their experiences. Game developers need more than just another set of eyes, hundreds of perspectives are needed to make sense of it all.

Providing early access to players will introduce new content ahead of time and bring a convenient platform for sharing feedback with both myself and the community. This collaborative effort will gradually refine the final version of the game.

I want to clarify that early access isn't about making money early. It's about bringing more players in and gathering feedback to make the best game possible.

If I were just in it for the money, I'd rush a half-baked release. But after six years of work, that's not my style. Early access will help guide me towards a polished, fully released game (aiming for this year).

The demo will always be available, and I encourage players to try it before considering the early access.

During early access, you can expect more content to come in over time and will be able to test levels and features early so that they can be further improved upon and refined where needed.

So, unless you want to provide feedback on new content and experience it early, there's no rush to purchase until the full release.

What is currently featured in the early access:
- Almost every single base mechanic and feature intended for the game.
- An elaborate tutorial level.
- 6 fully playable levels.
- 8 official soundtracks.
- 10+ language translations for all the in-game text.
- Full audio narration in any of the available languages within the tutorial level.
- 3 selectable in-game difficulty options.
- Full controller support.
- Supports sending of player feedback and bug reporting.

Thank you for all the support over the years! I appreciate each and everyone that had made even the slightest effort in helping with the improvement of the game.

Available NOW - BETA Playtest

Hey there everyone!

I have been dedicating my time and effort to the game, and I am thrilled to share that I am organizing a fresh public playtest. This will allow anyone to download the game from Steam once again, test it out, and provide feedback on their experience. I am seeking constructive criticism that will aid in the game's release as the most exceptional version it can be.

Throughout the last several months, I have carefully read nearly every feedback I have received. My focus has been on improving every single mechanic of the game that had negative reports. As a result, the game has undergone significant changes and improvements since it was last available.

The last time the game was accessible online, I was thrilled to see the positive response it received. It was a validation of the effort I had invested in bringing the game to the level I had aimed for.

I would like to highlight that difficulties are now a selectable option in the game. It will be able cater to both casual and hardcore players. The game offers 3 in-game difficulties.

The playtest will include over 10 languages!

I am happy to bring the game back into the public's hands and I can't wait to hear all of your feedback!
If you wish to play the game, just click on the playtest button and you will automatically be permitted for the playtest.

Play it here, it's available right now!
