TIRE GO SCREEEEEECH
I should have added this a LOOOOOONNNGGG time ago but here we are, all I added were some nice simple tire tracks and some audible feedback.

One of the new houses didn't work for painting, now it does.

Controls Bug Fixed V3.95
There was a big problem with the controls being all messed up as well as the sensitivity, now when you open the game it will reset your controls once and that will fix all of the issues, thank you for your patience!!

-Changed player movement slightly
-Newest multiTycoons have idle income when you arent in the building

-player icon zooms on the map to make it easier to spot your location quicker
-Cop car will spawn if you steal a car that is driving but not if you steal a car that is parked
-Cars wont start until you unlock them
-Fixed cars spawning over cars that you own
-Rain is more bipolar/starts raining quicker, rains for a period of time, then clears much quicker
-Splat noise for paint gun
-Particle effect for teleporting cars
-You can now see the materials that are in the paint gun, cycle through better

Sensitivity Bug Fixed
When you entered a car, your sensitivity would bug out, it is fixed.
