Dear Renovators, There’s no makeover without some disorder. It’s inevitable: a mess is part of any renovation. But cleaning up when you’re done is part of the job!
In Tools Up!, objects have their physics. If you ram into a paint can, it will most certainly spill on the floor, becoming an obstacle for other players so make sure to put it in a trash bucket. Each bucket can hold up to 10 pieces of trash. Once it's full, you will need to carry it to the container outside the apartment, to be able to use the bucket again.
Cleaning the apartment is also essential for the completion of the makeover. No landlord will pay you for leaving dirty work behind!

Regular home renovations are hard enough, but have you ever tried painting walls surrounded by lava or carrying a sofa on a slippery floor of ice? You need to watch a lot more than just your step in this crazy world!!
In Tools Up! it won’t take long to see that this is no ordinary DIY job. You’ll have to deal with a few, um, complications that will make your tasks just a little harder (and funnier!):
Lava - A new house design trend, apparently. Keeps your apartment warm during winter and makes it really easy to light your BBQ in the summer.
Water - The sound of a waterfall is nice and relaxing, which is good since you’ll need to relax after watching your tools get washed away.
Ice - It’s hard to keep your cool when you’re walking on ice. On the other hand, it’s really easy to fall down.
