The strategic targets have been secured as we just reached 75K Wishlists on Steam. Effectively meaning Officer units will be present in game and there will be a 10% launch discount on Steam. Release date and price to be confirmed!
So what are Officers?
Officers are a special unit that can be acquired and equipped with different vehicles. On the field it can provide offensive, defensive or movement bonuses to adjacent units.
- Each one provides different modificators to the surrounding units (they have an area of effect): damage they deal, damage they take or speed. - You can acquire (pay) officers and upgrade them through the campaign. - They can die. - They can be captures and you can bail them out (pay).
This has been a great campaign so far , but remember we can achieve a major victory if we reach 150K Wishlists that will grant a 25% discount on Steam! ;)
The team are working hard on the final version of the game and we can't wait to continue to share more with you!

New Developer Preview Content!
Hey Total Tank Sim fans!
A lot has been happening behind the scenes for Noobz from Poland and 505 Games.
We are going through uncertain times globally and we ask you to, please be safe, and take care of yourself and others <3
We know that you want to know more about how the game is progressing and, specifically, would like to have release details. We rather not provide release information at this stage in case we are forced to reconsider it in the light of the current events.

In order to offer an advance on the game progress we have recently reached out to a selection of content creators and community members to join a private latest development preview of the game!

Thank you so much for your support on our Wishlist Campaign announcement!
We've put together a Frequently Asked Questions list to get you ready for TTS. We can't tell you a launch date *just* yet but our team are working hard for a 2020 release.
So here is the latest!
Should we expect Steam Workshop compatibility? A possibility in the future!
Will beta testers get a discount? There will be no particular discount for beta testers however we have our Wishlist Campaign to reward all our fans - we've already hit Tier 1.

What languages does Total Tank Simulator support? US, UK, GER, FR, IT, SP, RU, POL, BR-PT, JAPANESE, KOREAN, SIMP and TRAD CHINESE. With some voiceover in US, UK, GER, FR, IT, RU, PO.
Will *certain weapon* be featured in the game? You’ll have to wait and find out - don’t worry we will be previewing a lot before release! But if there's anything in particular you want to see, let us know!
What nations will be featured? 6 Factions - UK,US,GERMANY,FRANCE,POLAND and USSR.
Will Total Tank Simulator be coming to other platforms/ MAC, LINUX? At this stage, the focus of the development is Windows only.
Will there be DLC’s after the initial release? A modern-era DLC has been mentioned on Steam. The plan is to bring some additional content post-launch!
It’s shape or form, delivery date or whether it will be paid or free is still TBD. Our decision is heavily dependant on the performance of the release and the feedback of the community.
Will there be navy battles in the future? Not in the current plans.
I’ve found a bug! Where is the best place for me to report this? The current build is very different from the last available demo. So far you can let us know on the Steam forum. When releasing the game we will point to specific channels.
Can I play the demo? We are going to be removing the demo soon from your libraries to get ready for release! Keep a look out for any events and footage to see the latest content.
Is Total Tank Simulator going to get a multiplayer mode? We have considered the possibility but for the planned release we will focus exclusively on single player.
How will the campaign be structured? Will it be structured similarly to the one teased in the latest Demo? In Campaign Mode, you will have the possibility of choosing one faction out of 6.
Each nation has a variable number of acts (some offensive, some defensive), Each act will have different battles and you will have some options in choosing different paths to the final victory, whether you want to fight every single battle of take the shortest route to the final confrontation.
The available battles will be under different conditions: your tech tree will be limited on the first stages and you will need to develop it between battles.
Sometimes you will be required to totally defeat the enemy, while on other occasions you will just need to survive an incoming number of enemy waves or, perhaps, destroy to protect specific units!
After each battle, you will be awarded resources according to your performance that will allow you to research new units and acquire forces for your next battle.
You can replay a battle that you lost but, most likely, you will have fewer resources left so you will need to plan very carefully to turn the tide of war.
How many units can we expect per nation? A lot, the number of units is variable per nation but in the game, there are up to 200 different units in-game!

Just a few days ago we announced a brand new trailer, a bunch of new features incoming and our wishlist campaign!
Thank you so much for your support so far! It looks like we will be hitting our Tier 1 goal way before we thought… If there are any intelligence officers out there, you might have already spotted one of the special units in our Steam store materials!

I wanted to share with you a small update on what we have been up to over the last weeks. We have been developing the game while working with 505 Games, our new publishing partner, to define the game features and the production calendar. Also, in parallel, we have been working on rebranding the game and updating the Steam store accordingly. Finally, we have been drafting possible surprises for the future.
So, starting on the store page, you will notice a new art and logo. As much as we like our original assets, we have created a more direct and clear art and logo. That is not merely a new packaging, that new art style is already applied in-game too: new menus, campaign maps, HUD… remember our Generals? Well, now they look different too! We have updated our screenshots so you can see the latest of the game.
Now, if you read the description of the game features, you’ll have a better idea on what to expect on game release in early 2020. The core gameplay still stands; you play as a Commander setting up your key structures (airport, barracks, factories, bunkers, etc.) and deploying your forces tactically considering the points of interest of the scenario. And when you trigger the battle you can jump freely into close up action taking control of any unit you want on the fly! From Snipers to airplane bombers, to tank drivers or gunners. Is up to you.
We will have 6 playable factions (US, UK, GER, FRA, POL, RUS) with over 200 very different units to deploy over 50 different maps featuring 4 unique environments (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn). The environments are interactive and fully destructible, you can bomb and deform the terrain, bring down trees or set them on fire, go underwater… if you can see it, you can destroy it! (Except big rocks, is the only non-destructible material. We always want to offer that last soldier somewhere to cover :P).
We took a lot of time to improve the physics and destruction mechanics in the game, specifically related to vehicles and structures. Now the buildings are more detailed and modular, and your forces can assault and move inside houses and temples. As a matter of fact, soldiers can climb up towers or take position in the roofs (hello snipers!). You’ll be able to see the war fought house to house. Also, buildings can be progressively destroyed with explosives, artillery or ramming into them with large vehicles until they collapse. You can blow up vehicles or tip them over too.
This also effectively means that, on release, we have opted to offer maps with carefully planned layouts to facilitate the best airborne, motorized and infantry performance rather than offer overloaded urban maps. Once the game is out, we will monitor the community feedback for future considerations.
On release we will focus on single-player gameplay, offering different and varied game modes. You already know about the Sandbox Mode where you can freely fight 1v1, 2v2 or 4 side deathmatches creating the most ridiculous armies you can imagine. There will also be a Shadow mode, consisting on a survival battle run against yourself, where you will fight against your previous victorious armies until you are defeated three times. And we have been developing a full Campaign Mode for each faction. On it you will choose a side and advance through a series of offensive or defensive acts choosing the battles you want to fight with different conditions and objectives.
We have more content on the draft table for consideration but will tell you more about it on the next updates.
