Server update: Games will now start after 3,5 minutes
We just updated the servers so that matches start if no more players join after 3,5 minutes of waiting. This will sometimes mean smaller games but we hope this change is for the better.

Minor client update
Hello everyone! We're doing a minor client update to improve matchmaking. Hopefully, this will fix the one person server bug.

Please let us know if you notice a positive difference in finding matches, the best place to find matches is still NA_West.

Patch 10: Better Anti-cheat
Patch Notes:
- Additional Anti Cheat, Anti Cheat is now much more robust.
- Cheating, any kind of modification or trying to circumvent Anti Cheat will now result in a permanent ban.

The future of TABG - What we're working on
Hello everyone! For those who don’t know we’ve been back from vacation for a couple of weeks now and we are working hard on the game, this was originally posted in the forums a couple of weeks ago but I'll post it here as well for visibility. :)

Here’s what we’re working on right now:

Anti-cheat [UPDATE: The anti-cheat patch is now live and appears to have fixed the major cheating issues]
We’re implementing better anti-cheating measures that we hope will deal with the majority of the hacker issues the game is facing. Right now we’re testing the anti-cheat to make sure it works and won’t interfere with non-cheating players ability to play the game.

Content updates
These will take a while as we have some major things in the works.
- A new close quarter game mode with its own map
- Two new areas added to the battle royale map
- More customization


We have seen your suggestions of going f2p in the forums and we’re looking into the possibility of doing so to try to make sure that there are enough players for you to get a game at all times. If we go down this route there need to be systems in place to handle server issues and an in-game store to keep the servers up. We are also looking into having a free weekend soon to bring in some more players.

EDIT: If we do go f2p we will make sure that those who have paid for the game feel that they get something out of it.

Apologies
Yesterday we did some server maintenance that made some players unable to connect to the game. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused, we will all wear the helmet of shame to beg for your forgiveness.

We just restarted the servers and hope to have the game working in all regions as soon as possible.

You just received a notice to update the game, it was us updating the servers to hopefully decrease server crashes! :)
