Wriggle Nightbug The usage rate of Wriggle's Spell 2 is significantly greater than her Spell 1, so this adjustment focuses on her Spell 1 HP increased from 13 to 14 Spell 1 cost decreased from 4 points to 3 points Spell 2 regeneration decreased from 4 to 2
Rumia Ruima is strong in the initial game and capable in pairs with other C cards; this adjustment focuses on balancing her spells. Kisume She often played the role of an aerial tank with a shorthand; this adjustment will intensify this characteristic. Shield point increase from 2 points to 3 points.
Eternity Larva As a C card with a confident HP level, she often comes across situations of insufficient firepower; this adjustment buffed her Spell 1. Spell 1- Attack damage reduction buffed from 60% to 50%
Lilywhite: As a rare C card that can affect the battlefield no matter the stages, this adjustment nerfs her tanking ability in the initial game and buffs her capability in the late game; as the card's slow charge speed may act as her advantage, it will also be adjusted to fit a better role in the late game. HP decreased from 17 to 15 Charge speed decreased from 3 to 4

Hong Meirin: As the B card with the highest selection rate, Meirin is capable of both control and combat; this adjustment buffs her combat and balances her controls. Kasodani Kyouko As a B card specialising in control and recoil, Kyouko needs adjustment in those abilities to balance her high win rate. Spell 1- Recoil distance decreased from 12 to 8 Recoil damage decreased from 15 to 8 Recoil cooldown increased from 5s to 3s
Letty Whiterock: Letty's attacks are often devasting to C cards, but her long-lasting debuff made her pushing ability often insufficient; this adjustment kept her high frequent AOE damage while balancing her debuffs. Storm- Attack speed/move speed reduction decreased from 35% to 30% Attack speed/move speed reduction time decreased from 4s to 2s Spell 2- cost decreased from 4 to 3
Inubashiri Momizi: As a traditional tank, her core speciality is in blocking damage; this adjustment buffs her Spell 2 while preserving her core speciality, giving players a more varied choice. Passive block rate increased from 22% to 26% Spell 1- block rate decreased from 75% to 65% Spell 2-Activation rate increased from 28% to 35%
Mizuhashi Parsee: As a card with high DPS, Parsee enjoys a relatively comfortable output environment; this adjustment has nerfed this environment. Range decreased from 5 to 4.5 Range judgement decreased from 5 to 4.5 HP decreased from 51 to 48.
Medicine Melancholy Many initial strategies can be simply countered by this card; this adjustment increases the risk of her deployment. Cost increased from 17 to 19
Imaizumi Kagerou She's overpowered by being both an assassin who can damage the enemy's back and a fighter who can increase her damage; she's getting a nerf. Passive knockout time decreased from 0.4s to 0.2s Attack damage decreased from 15 to 14.
Cirno As a fairy unit, her cost-effectiveness is relatively high; this adjustment balanced her. HP increased from 24 to 31 Shield decreased from 1 to 0. Ice arrow debuff time decreased from 4s to 2s.
Kurodani Yamame As a B card with high utility, this adjustment nerfs her impact in battle. Spell 1 cost increased from 3 to 4 Spell 2 range decreased from 45% to 40%
Kagiyama Hina We nerfed her too much in the previous adjustments, so she's getting a buff. Spell 2 range increased from 31% to 35%
Kumoi Ichirin When a collective of them gather, the AOE damage and control are overpowered; this adjustment made her ability more suitable to a B card. Spell 2 cost decreased from 5 to 3 Smash damage decreased from 15 to 8. Cost decreased from 25 to 23
Kawasiro Nitori Nitori's current position is very awkward, as she has relatively low utility and attack damage, making her a vulnerable target to the player; this adjustment buffed her. Spell 1 cost decreased from 6 to 4 HP increased from 33 to 36.
Kamishirasawa Keine The previous overall adjustment didn't consider Keine's current position, so she's getting a buff. Spell 1- invincibility range increased from 2.75 to 2.9
Miyako Yoshika We all know this is coming... This card needed an adjustment. Attack damage decreased from 11 to 8 Poison claw damage increased from 3/s to 6/s New ability: "Zombie System" Grants a 30% control reduction. Spell 1- Add 1 poison claw damage. Shield reduction decreased from 5 to 3 Cost decreased from 5 to 4
Tewi Inaba The previous nerf had made her the least selected and the second to last win rate card (The last being Nitori), So we are buffing her. Cost decreased from 24 to 22

Captain Murasa Minamitsu As the most selected A card with her own system, Murasa had become too overpowered, this adjustment nerfed her margin of error. HP decreased from 108 to 100 Spirit time decreased from 3.6s to 2.7s.
Hata no Kokoro As an A card with impressive combat and tanking, she has the ability to turn the battle; this adjustment nerfed her in all aspects. Hakurei Reimu As a tank who had seen better days, Reimu's performance nowadays is mediocre at best; this adjustment balanced her. Spell 2, Shield stack number increased from 95 to 100 Shield stack time increased from 3.25s to 4s
Primriver sisters As a high-cost aerial shooter, they had always been a hassle to balance. Spell 1's team buff and high utilities shadowed its sibling spell; this adjustment balanced them. Spell 1- Spinning attack range decreased from 9 to 8 Spinning judgement range decreased from 8.5 to 7.5 Spell 2- HP gauge, when disassembled, decreased from 45% to 30% Attack speed when disassembled increased from 60 to 65%
Youmu Konpaku Her Spell 2 had seen nerfs, but the nerfs of shooters overall had made her overpowered as a cost-effective unit; this adjustment nerfs her attacks. Spell 1- Blade cooldown increased from 2.6s to 3s Blade damage decreased from 14 to 12
Aya Shameimaru A one-of-a-kind tactical card, this adjustment nerfs her Spell 2's margin of error, decreasing her ability to go all in at a disadvantage. Spell 2- cut damage increased from 7 to 8 total cut count decreased from 5 to 4 time between cuts increased from 0.2s to 0.25s Spell 1- Cost increased from 3 to 4
Kirisame Marisa A high-damage shooter, her Spell 2's use rate had shadowed Spell 1; we figured balancing them was necessary. Spell1- Bullet speed increased from 15 to 25 Slow time increased from 0.5s to 0.75s Spell 2- Master spark damage decreased from 3*12 to 3*10 Master spark cooldown increased from 6s to 7s
Patchouli Knowledge: Her firewall acts great against attacks and has dominated many late-game matches; this adjustment nerfed her. Spell 2- Firewall damage decreased from 14/s to 12/s. Firewall speed debuff decreased from 30% to 20%
Kochiya Sanae: Sanae's current situation is quite awkward and has brought her a low selected rate; she appears mostly a counter card. This adjustment balanced her supporting ability, granting her a more open selection.
Reisen Udongein Inaba: As a traditional shooter, Reisen's long range is her speciality, but her insufficient firepower has made many superior choices over her; this adjustment grants her more firepower. Spell 1- Clone shield damage increased from 54% to 65% Spell 2- Lazer damage decreased from 18 to 16. Passive ability duration increased from 2.1s to 2.5s.
Kaku Seiga: Her unique mechanic had made Seiga hard to master; this adjustment increased her margin of error slightly. HP increased from 56 to 60.
Mononobe no Futo A mid-game unit with an extremely high win rate, she pairs well with pretty much anyone and has impressive firepower; this adjustment nerfs her margin of error and attack. Passive ability total damage decreased from 30 to 25. HP decreased from 60 to 56
Onozuka Komachi: The tank with the most HP in the game, as a modest A card, this adjustment balanced her two spells. Spell 1 cost decreased from 6 to 5 Spell 2 cost increased from 3 to 4
Izayoi Sakuya: As a utility shooter A card, she has a win rate at the bottom of the chart; this adjustment buffs her with more ability to change the game. Spell 1 recess cooldown decreased from 4s to 3s. Spell 2 forward distance increased from 7.5 to 8.5
Hinanawi Tenshi: In this adjustment, pretty much all other A card tanks or fighters had experienced a nerf or another, but Tenshi is getting a buff, making her HP more suitable for a high-damage heavy fighter. HP increased from 99 to 105
Yakumo Ran: Though buffed in multiple versions, Ran's win rate is still relatively low; this adjustment enhances her collaboration ability with Chen. Spell 1- Chen's damage reduction increased from 26 to 28% Spell 2- Rolling dash stun time increased from 0.25s to 0.35s Rolling dash cooldown decreased from 8s to 5s. Cost decreased from 5 to 4.

Toyosatomimi no Miko: The S card with the highest win rate; her high firepower and control made other ground troops difficult to counter her; this adjustment nerfed her firepower. Spell 1- Attack damage buff decreased from 29% to 25% Attack speed reduction increased from 47% to 50% Passive ability damage decreased from 40 to 35 Passive ability dread time decreased from 1s to 0.5s.
Yasaka Kanako: The S card with a win rate of less than 40%, Kanako's position is an aerial supporting leader unit, but she performed under expectation due to her high costs and low numbers. This adjustment balanced her while buffing her supportive ability. Cost decreased from 77 to 75 Attack damage increased from 11 to 15 HP increased from 96 to 105 Spell 1- HP regeneration increased from 2 to 5 Attack damage buff duration time increased from 2.5s to 3.5s Spell 2- Pillar damage increased from 18 to 25 Pillar cooldown decreased from 9.75 to 9.
Saigyouji Yuyuko: Being a unique unit that can one-shot an enemy, Yuyuko's ability to wreak havoc in the opposing backline is overpowered to deal with. This adjustment nerfed her. Passive dash distance decreased from 5.6 to 5
Moriya Suwako: Though being an S card designed to break formations, she often dies early upon 1 jump; this adjustment buffed her ability. Jump distance increased from 10.5 to 11 Jump damage increased from 14 to 18
Hoshiguma Yuugi: A ground tank too powerful, she shadowed many ground units; this adjustment nerfs her ability in the frontline. Knockout distance decreased from 12 to 10 Attack damage decreased from 36 to 32 HP decreased from 175 to 160.

Fujiwara no Mokou: A brutal unit with direct damage, but her firepower is clearly insufficient compared to other cards; this adjustment buffs her firepower.
