Please expect lots of small patches for the next couple of days, which will not have patch notes. Every change will be documented at the next major update, but I will not flood steam with a lots of small notes, so it remain clean and organized.
These patches are balance changes and hot fixes. I try to limit them to once a day, but if something is not functional I must fix it as soon as possible. I will now focus on the game stability and optimization over adding new content, which will take probably a week. This is a minor patch which do some bug fixes and add some cards.
- Changed assasin starting deck - now it contains 4 strikes, 4 defends 1 smoke bomb and 1 bola - Added 5 new cards to assasin with new mechanics. - Changed some card color where some skill would show up as red ( attack ) card. This is just a visual change. - Modified loading screen. - Removed a bug where some card ( like throwing support ) was added to your deck - which should be a hidden card to pull off a mechanic and will not trigger exhaust effects anymore. - Fixed maximum texture size on multiple textures which should lower the loading time a bit.
Following bugs will be fixed today without patch note : - There is a small button to remove widgets - which will be removed. - Tooltips on cards will be correctly displayed.

Major changes :
Burn has been reworked and now deal unblockable damage once and after removed.
Poison has been changed from now on it decrease by 2 every turn. ( and will be nerfed in the close future if necessary )
Assasin has been released as the 3rd character.
Achievements has been enabled - steam achievements not yet.
Balance changes - most of the late game enemy has been buffed, so late game should not be faceroll anymore.
Talent costs has been increased - different cost calculation.
Assasin
Assasin has currently 4 talents instead of 6 and talents will not give any passive bonus. This will change in the future as I receive more feedback on balance. New mechanics regarding Assasin:
Mana reserve - you receive extra mana at the start of your turn equal to your mana reserve.
Knives - Gain a knife at the start of your turn.
Most card has been modified slightly, poison and burn cards has been tweaked, added new unlockable artifacts.
Achievement system is enabled and by unlocking achievement you will unlock artifacts and in the close future skins. Currently the unlocks are hidden, which will change during the week, sadly I had encountered lots of issues and did not have the time to do the visuals for the unlocks.

Balance the assasin properly based on feedback and add passive talent upgrades
Fix achievement visuals so you can see what you unlocked. Sync up the steam achievements with your in-game one.

Warrior card changes :
Seal - exhaust 1 -> exhaust 1 and exhaust itself
Impale damage -> 8 to 6
Divine armor -> mana cost 2 to 1 but exhaust itself
Holy light -> increased mana from 0 to 1
Judgement -> now its discarded instead of exhaust
Guard -> Increased mana cost from 0 to 1 but increased block from 2 to 4
Offering -> exhaust 1 changed to exhaust 2 - but you pick them.
Wisdom -> Give mana after each 6 cards in the draw pile from now
Soul drain -> Attack increased from 5 to 6, but self heal reduced from 4 to 3.
Servants -> Removed block given
Artifact changes :
Agility boots -> Increased agility from 1 to 2
Healing potion heal reduced 2->1
Quick blade -> damage reduced from 10 to 8
Magic amulet -> Mana gain decresed from 2 to 1. ( drastically increased the number of cards which exhausted this patch so need to nerf it)
Enemy changes :
Final boss (no spoiler who it is ) health increased from 85 to 140, increased armor 10 ->12 enrage 1->2
Zombie health increased -> 66 to 69, venomous 3 -> 4
Every troll health increased by 4 and slam damage increased by 1.

Major changes :
5 new enemy characters and encounters with these characters added!
3 new battle maps and 3 story maps added
4 new artifacts
Map specific boss fights implemented - with 1 map so far - more on this later.
New story encounter mechanics ( now story encounter decisions affects the map difficulty slightly )
Ascensions ( up to ascension 3 ) are unlockable! The difficulty will increase on every ascension level, which will let everybody enjoy this game on their own difficulty.
Due ascension system base game ( no ascension ) is slightly weaker - however who has beaten it previously ascension lvl 1 should be unlocked!
Further ascensions will be updated every couple of days as I find interesting ways to adjust difficulty.
Achievements are disabled for couple of days while I`m doing the visuals for them, HOWEVER they are still counting your wins, beaten ascensions, won combat encounters, loses etc. As soon as the achievement system is active you will claim all rewards you earned - like different skins, new artifacts etc.
Map changes :
Instead of 3 separate maps you can see the whole scenario on 1 updated map.
Will enable the next map as soon as I am happy with the quality, which might be delayed until mid-week update.
Bug fixes / minor changes:
Talent training bug has been fixed.
Added reminder to use talents.
Changed game over text and victory text.
Changed button locations - now properly aligned.
Lots of small balance changes which I will not list - but basically burn/poison builds are weaker, berserker talent is a bit weaker and minion health is larger.

Quality of life updates :
Save game system has been reworked so now its more reliable.
Now you will not lose experience, talent and talent upgrades if you alt F4 or have a power cut.
Updated textures where it looked odd and recolored status effects, reworded some confusing tooltips .
Important updates :
Updated talent system! From now on your talents will upgrade all card which part of its talent tree. Some gives a healing effect, some give random cards to your hand or steal part of the enemy soul to convert it to mana for you! These will be refined during the next weeks, now they might be perfectly balanced.
To combat talent system relative power-creep cards has been re-balanced ( especially poison and burn builds ) and late game encounters might be a bit harder if you dont think about your talent effects.
Early game enemies has been nerfed a bit to fasten the pace of the game - so you can try more builds easier and faster.
Campfire now heals 40 OR you can discover cards.
Some artifact has been re-balanced and now the stronger artifacts are less common! ( currently 3 rarity - common, uncommon, rare - they will be color coded in the near future )
Plans for the next patch - which will be the first CONTENT update patch, which will come ( hopefully ) every week once - this first one will be a bit smaller due to time limit and system implementations.

Updated and new maps! I am intend to release 1 brand new scenario and update the current one.
New enemies - orcs ( 3 ), new goblin, new demon and possibly a humanoid character.
Released ascension system for the first 3 ascension for harder difficulty!
New story encounters ( about 6 ) and encounters with the new characters!
New battle maps ( 2-3 ) for encounters to make them feel more diverse.
If I will have time probably enable in-game achievements so you can check your progress.
Due to time limit I must delay the new character ( hunter ) release since I was not able to test it what so ever to the next week content update.

This hotfix is for the treasure and talent visibility problem.
Since the hotfix is needed to solve this bug, part of the next content update is enabled - specifically for the second character - paladin - talent system rework, which has been added. This new system will improve your card which are discovered via talent tree.

Story and campfire interaction has been fixed - so now you can heal OR discover new card

Fixed Efreet attack pattern - now using the correct skills.
Next turn button will "shine" while you cannot play more card.
