With an extensive 24-Hour Timetable Mode with over 160 timetabled services, a Journey Mode with over 20 hours of activities for you to master, and a unique split route including the S8 S-Bahn and the Main Line between Hagen and Wuppertal, there is no limit to action on Rhein-Ruhr Osten.
Enjoy the lovingly recreated traction running up and down the route. The modern DB BR 422 joins the Train Sim World roster as a brand new experience, while the familiar BR 185.5 is now freshly decked out in a striking MRCE livery. Included cross-compability with other German Train Sim World add-ons allows collectors to benefit from additional scenarios and swapped services.

Today we are bringing an update to Train Sim World 2020. This update introduced some fixes as well as adds support for the upcoming Rhein Ruhr Osten: Wuppertal - Hagen route.

Train Sim World: Rhein-Ruhr Osten will bring to life the S8 Line between Hagen Hbf and Wuppertal Steinbeck, which weaves its way through city outskirts and rural landscapes serving 14 intermediate stations en-route. In addition, the main line between Hagen and Wuppertal is also included for freight traffic between Hagen and Wuppertal yards, as well as the container yard at Wuppertal-Langerfeld. The S-Bahn branches off just south of Hagen and comes back together with the main line again at Schwelm, crossing over and under to form the multi-track stretch into Wuppertal.
With plenty of rail traffic, frequent commuter stopping and stretches of forested countryside there’s no end to the activities present on Rhein-Ruhr Osten, which is coming soon to Steam!
