Extra Let's Play Together - Hot Chocolate and Soup
Hello friends! Due to the fact that many people had to stay at home in isolation due to COVID-19, we decided to add another Let's Play Together competition in the middle of the week, just for fun-with different crazy levels and (alas!) no prizes. We think it is clear by now this extra LPT is a permanent addition too :)

On April 15, 2019 Train Valley 2 was released on Steam.
First Pioneers left the depot on Forestry and our quest for fast and precise cargo deliveries began. Choo-Choo Weekly issues followed to commemorate your first expeditions into the depths of the level Editor, and Let's Play Together! challenges became our good old tradition in the blink of an eye :)
A trove of additional content, thousands of Workshop uploads and hundreds of LPT challenges, releases on additional platforms and screens upon screens filled with your feedback, suggestions, questions and answers and reports about your improved timing and screenshots of that bridge bug-soon-to-be-feature Train Valley 2 have evolved, its community have grown, and our firm belief that making games is about making sure people enjoy them stayed.
Thank you for believing in us and our games, supporting us every step of the way and showing us good fun with the way you drive your trains, discover undocumented behaviors, or just discuss the best way to measure the speed of a locomotive leaving a Depot in tiles per millisecond. You are what makes Train Valley 2 so wonderful :)
Hello friends! Every Friday 17:30 UTC/GMT - we hold a “Let’s play together” competition. During next 24 hours everyone is welcome to try and score the best time in a preselected level. Join our Discord server and keep Discord running while playing — your results will be automatically published in the #lets-play-together channel. You need to get 5 stars to qualify.
Glittering prizes include: 1) Top 3 winners receive one random card each. Collect 18 locomotive cards and advance to next set of 8 all new cards! Complete that second set and enter a final tier of 12 rare cards! Assemble all cards from all tiers and receive a special prize. Easy! 2) Every player registered by our Discord bot has a chance to get a card. The number of cards depends on the number of participants: one additional card for every 10 train connoisseurs on the list. More players means more prizes! 2.5) One non-Champion from the top 10 gets a Challenger Card - introduced along with 12 new loco cards from Myths And Rails and Editor's Bulletin!

Patent Pending DLC Level Design Contest
Hello there!
Patent Pending is out, and we hope you are enjoying new level objectives, industries, stations, goods and resource types you have encountered while chasing the escaped Catalyst prototype.
We are hosting a dedicated level design contest from 1 April to 1 May of 2024. Any completable level using new gameplay additions can enter and win a prize - one out of five.

Use any of the following:
:tvvagon: Increasing Toll station,
:tvvagon: Catalyst and
:tvvagon: Inhibitor industries as well as
:tvloco: Keep an industry sped up with a Catalyst for XX seconds ,
:tvloco: Stop the level's timer with an Inhibitor for XX seconds,
:tvloco: Pay XX TV2$ at an Increasing Toll Station,
:tvloco: Travel XX tiles while an Inhibitor is working objectives.
You don't have to use every new station and industry type in a single level to make it eligible (although you definitely can :) Any 1 station/industry or 1 objective is enough. Feel free to sprinkle your creation on top with some new decorations too :)
Five levels - and their respective creators - will be awarded Steam Wallet funds prizes on the 3rd of May, 2024.
