Extra Let's Play Together - Impluse
Hello friends! Due to the fact that many people are now forced to be at home in quarantine, we decided to add another Let's Play Together competition in the middle of the week. This is an experiment. There can be different crazy levels. There will be no prizes. Perhaps this will last only for the period of forced isolation, but if everyone likes this extra competition format we will make it permanent.
The rules are the same: log in to our Discord server, keep it running, play a competitive level, complete it with 5 stars and have fun! Visit our Discord server (#lets-play-together channel) to learn more.
Bridge building training day! At least 7 bridges to build while keeping in mind you can demolish one and build another one, somewhere more suitable. A 10:30 puzzle with minimalistic design that hints at some routing solutions, a @thomas classic by @thomas :)
We will fight the terrain, we will wrestle supply chain difficulties, we will overcome time constraints (12:30), DNSAT and at least 2 tunnels built requirement, we will adapt to the path finding-so much so that we have LPT'ed Geological Circus and found it to be a very fun train valley :)
DNSAT, DNDATT, 42:00 and just 8 delivery quests. An old school layout and colour scheme, just enough space for your junctions and some crucial investments to plan for. Some room for mistakes too :) An excellent example of a long haul train valley.
18:00 DNRT Passenger Flow puzzle with an extra difficulty modifier-we may build bridges to drive across the archipelago instead of laying tracks straight onto the water. The tourist influx is never failing in these parts, and we are tasked with managing both public transit and supply chains for local businesses and industries. Pleasant to look at, fun to play through, challenging yet doable.
Congratulations on your well-deserved award @Inunderstandable me! A €10 Steam gift card will be delivered by our contact ASAP.

*Do No Stop Any Trains *Do Not Destroy Any Track Tiles *Do Not Reverse Trains *Do Not Use Pause
Level of the Month March 2022 edition is here-a tale about designing a track layout to evade numerous obstacles with a 1000 TV2$ demolition job budget in mind, building said tracks unto a city districted around terrain level and industry buildings proximity, amassing funds to construct and later supply the airplane factory crowning a vast supply chain and not wasting a single second of the 10:00 timer.
A 6-engine locomotive fleet at our disposal (we're not allowed to crash any :), prebuilt railway line with a hyperloop shortcut that may hint at additional routing possibilities, multibranched yet controllable industries set, classic color scheme and room for approximately 2 (two) track tile mistakes :)
Congratulations @Blathers, your €30 Steam gift card is on its way!
Train Valley 2 community and developers want you, reader, to bring out your level editor and show us train driving complexity levels we never knew even existed. Build, create, compete. Having fun is a requirement.

A desert run for an appetizer by @Anton Winter-a valiant effort at wrestling the DNUP and DNSAT objectives and acknowledging all the incoming suggestions-not to mention the Desert is their Workshop debut! Just don't think too much about that bridge. 16:00.
Looks a little chaotic, plays a little too fun. Build And Rebuild is thoroughly LPT'ed by the community and results are in: with that quest density and layout complexity @Vardion 's latest train valley is a challenge every player wants to best-with a bit of practice. 20:00 and no train crashes allowed.
Surprise terraforming events will ambush us on our quest to gather necessary studying supplies, regain control of local terrain peculiarities, not use more than 175 track tiles and leave 10 minutes unused on that 12:00 timer.
DNSAT and DNDATT is a rarer mix, yet Brain Drain 1 effortlessly combines the objectives to keep our playthrough intensely varied, easily captivating, fun-as expected. 13:20, several ways to go about earning TV2$, vanilla furnished train valley.
Multiuniverse lore-based train valleys is exactly what's happening in An Urgent Polder Matter-which is simultaneously a remaster of an earlier Workshop entry by @BenGotham
and a Universe-19 instance of the same railway puzzle where everything is about fast production and high-speed deliveries. Terraforming events-fueled DNSAT + DNDATT (not that rare anymore is it :) 16:00 ride with a destination somewhere in the top 0.7% of the world's ratings.
Congratulations on your well-deserved award @BenGotham! A €10 Steam gift card will be delivered by our contact ASAP.

Both 18:20 and DNSAT, ver. 2 is less limited with Workers production rates while ver. 1 present more challenge and takes almost every second of that 5 stars time limit. Terraforming hidden with trademark terrain design and colouring, try both out today and explore solution choices and train routing puzzles, make new advances in organic computing systems production :)
10 minutes, no wrong deliveries, 6 coal hoppers is enough, and quite a number of suitable sites for bridge construction :) Many ways to complete, many possibilities to pursue, LPT'ed with many solution videos and a great deal of fun.
Short enough to restart, complex enough to need restarting. DNDATT, 8 minutes and a slower start leave enough computational power for finding efficient routes, then building around scenic ones and still delivering on time. Don't forget that bridge :)
Planning around that captured station and for making at least 5 wrong deliveries is refreshing, keeping the cities running by gathering materials and mining ores never gets old. Stay safe, keep the gold safe, keep some seconds unused on that 13:30 timer.
Engine limit, DNRT, 16 minutes-a picturesque train valley welcomes our construction and locomotive crews with stagnating industries, untamed canyons and many delivery quests. Also with some Toll stations :) Keep the electricity connection in mind while planning your railway network and enjoy the ride.
Congratulations on your well-deserved award @LittleBear! A €10 Steam gift card will be delivered by our contact ASAP.

*Do No Stop Any Trains *Do Not Destroy Any Track Tiles *Do Not Reverse Trains *Do Not Use Pause
A passage hidden below waters of unorthodox colour and shape, powerful locomotives waiting in the depots to start the day, snowmen are on a strike and there's 15 more minutes on a timer. A peculiar terraforming ride around another clever design by @thomas will take more that one cup of coffee to complete. We are to crash 4 trains too.
Today's topic is renewable natural gas production by biomethanation as well as building and maintenance of corresponding infrastructure, transportation systems in particular. Plentiful bridge construction locations, several supply chains interlinked, DNRT and trademark @petronille_marie's colouring and floristic abundance. 13:20 on the timer.
With a tiny demolition job budget, Passenger Flow deliveries and several industries to fund, compact layout, still generous timers and a small fleet of faster engines at the ready Potions Pursuit easily reminds of simpler days and vanilla Workshop levels. Enjoyable, complicated in just the right way, fun.
A DNSAT valley with Customs Stations and free 1st level resources, Choices calls for quite more scheduling and planning. 12 different delivery quests, limited building space, suspicious sheep-shaped rock formations, 11 minutes timer.
Secret alchemical gold production operation is in danger of becoming less secret and there is no room for wrong deliveries. Look out for stealthy terraforming events, Passenger Flow trains, spiders, ramping up gameplay pacing and 13:40 timer.
No demolishing at all with complex layout to build on-salvaging existing railway track tiles, working around obstacles and terrain can be rewarding on its own. Funding a state of the art (well, judging by the pricing :) plane factory and constructing a supply network to maintain production output levels with no train crashes and under 10 minutes guarantees complexity and gratification worthy of a Level Of The Week.
